The trip was way worse than any of the other times i had been there. Barely any customer service couldn’t get the bed made or trash taken out last night i slept terrible the next morning tried going to talk to someone and no one was there just had to drop my card off in a box at 9 am.

This property is located on Lake Winniepeasakee and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed at the Church Landing location which is very quiet. The restaurant on the property has good food that is reasonably priced. The views of the lake were beautiful. Our room overlooked the lake and in the morning hours we had beautiful sunrises. The staff is very friendly and professional and more than helpful. Our room was very large with a balcony over the water. The grounds are very well kept and offer chairs on the lawn overlooking the lake as well. We actually were staying here while visiting Mt Washington (which I highly recommend!) I would certainly recommend this property while in the area.

The room was almost perfect for our anniversay. It had the location, look, views and peace and quiet desired but some some maintenance and missed cleaning did take away from it. The staff was great as they worked to address the issues so I do not want to take anything from them but a room should be really be ready for guest when they arrive.

Too many issues to explain..from check in issues, room not ready, difficulty booking and issues with friends in other rooms...dirty sheets delivered and weren't going to be changed, dirty dental floss on night stand. There are several buildings and the website is confusing when booking, even when a friend called requesting the same building they were put across the street. The upside is it's in a beautiful location. Several dining options but all with waits when busy. so you need to be patient.

Well our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the room was absolutely lovely The staffing issue creates a very stressful experience upon your arrival they simply don't have enough people to clean the rooms or staff the front desk.

The staff were rude and frankly seemed like they were miserable and taking it out on the guest. I booked a room for my husbands first night back from Deployment overseas with the Army. I was told I could book 2 nights (Because I didn't know exactly what day he was going to be back) and IF things changed I would be able to reschedule or change my reservation. Well, the date did indeed change, I called to have the date of our stay changed and I was told I was unable too. I called 4 times and was either disconnected or hung up on. I had to book another separate night for us to stay so in total I paid for 3 nights. over $1500. For my husband and I to spend one night. I am incredibly upset and heartbroken. What was supposed to be a happy and exciting time, I was more anxious and stressed. All because one person told me one thing which turned out not to be true.

Incredibly disappointed with our stay. There is a major difference between the buildings - Church Landing is where you check in, and it’s quite beautiful. The trip over to the Inn at Mill Falls is a whole different story. Walking into the building, it reeks of cigarette smoke, has outdated carpets and furnishings, looks like a generic rundown motel. Incredibly disappointed especially since it is still pricy. When I contacted staff, despite me being 8 1/2 months pregnant they did not offer any support as all other rooms were booked. The cafe at the Inn was also permanently closed despite the digital assistant sharing that breakfast was served there daily at 7am. This added a frustration to find breakfast before needing to go to a hair appointment to get ready for the friend’s wedding I was in. Stay at Church Landing, not at the Inn at Mill Falls!

Our room was perfect and had a balcony that overlooked the lake. The kids loved playing in the lake and multiple pools. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and activities. I look forward to our next stay.
