The hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside is nothing special, a more importantly it has dangerous bathrooms. Bathroom flor even shower flor, are made of slippery tiles. I fell and almost broke my neck. Due to my fall, I have all kinds of pain as well as, the concussion . There are NO SAFETY BARS and there were no slip pads in the shower. After reporting the fall to the staff they have, sent someone to our room and they left two of the no-slip pads, but the damage was already done. The temperature was 104F, but that huge hotel doesn't have a pool. Parking is limited and awkwad, to get into. Breakfast was expensive and I would give it three stars.

Si pueden evitar hospedarse en este hotel háganlo. Estuve del 15 al 17 de agosto y ni una de las 2 noches de estancia hubo agua caliente, utilizan las toallas faciales como toallas de manos y a pesar de que les solicité me enviaran más tallas no lo hicieron. La falta de mantenimiento es evidente en el hotel, paredes sucias, baños con hongos, regaderas que no funcionan, pisos sucios sin aspirar y polvo en las habitaciones.

Falta observar la calidad de la limpieza en cuanto a sábanas y almohadas tienen olor a humedad por lo que pareciera que está sucio, no sentí buena calidad tampoco en alimentos deben tener un mejor chef, instalaciones mantenidas
