Most beautiful place in Merida. We took a group to Mexico for the first time. Host waited and greeted us on our arrival at night. The hacienda is so beautiful and pictures do not lie. It is in a great location for a quick $2 Uber to the city center and has a quiet privacy of a vacation home. Paradise for cat lovers as they roam the villa and will play with you! Highly recommend the message.

Such an incredible experience! It was so relaxing spending time by the pool or playing with the cats around the hotel! I will miss them very much. The staff was super attentive and very friendly, and Batiste was very welcoming and checked in with us multiple times to make sure that we were doing ok! I’m going to miss it here a lot, and I will definitely be coming here again!

Wonderful place with a hidden terrace with a pool for having a coffee, there is a quiet terrace or talking business or just read a book, I will definitely come back there soon.

I highly recommend the Villa Merida to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be booking here again on my next trip! The entire team was attentive and quick to respond to any requests.

Villa Merida Boutique Hotel is gorgeous, clean and unique! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. There was something so special and personal about our stay — it didn't feel like just a hotel, it truly felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. We felt very safe. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction was like talking to a friend, and you could tell they take pride in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. Barista took time to show us around and educate us on the property. He is the best and Julia was so sweet! The atmosphere was peaceful with the waterfalls and plants everywhere. There is so much to do there. The pictures do not do it justice. They had 2 very well mannered, friendly felines that would greet you as well. They were so sweet. One thing that would have made it easier on us, would have been to download the WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel manager. Another, is to understand parking. We took a couple of laps around to finally figure out parking is in front of the building on the street. We were expecting a parking lot or driveway but figured out in that area to park on the streets or in front of the buildings. This place is absolutely gorgeous, but what made it unforgettable were the people behind it. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made our trip so meaningful. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Thank you so much for everything!!

Villa Merida was a home away from home during our week stay in Merida. We loved the rustic, hacienda style of this place and the facilities are immaculately maintained. Very welcoming and attentive staff and of course our host Batiste was kind, exceptional and addressed all our needs. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Merida.
