We stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

No free breakfast & breakfast was expensive there so we didn't eat there went out to McDonald's instead, happy hour drinks were expensive so we didn't drink there & no suite in our hotel just two beds & a bathroom pretty plain looking, only 2 packs of coffee one decaf & the other regular it was clean, close to the airport but pretty plain looking next time we'll stay at a different place where they serve free breakfast & not so plain looking.

First time at this property. Booked it because of early morning flight out of Mesa Gateway. Because shuttle does not start until 5am, it will be tight to make our connection. Everything else is very good.

The hotel was fine, easy parking, nice room, good food. But was made this stay exceptional was the staff. From the front desk to servers to maintenance staff to maid service, everyone was genuinely friendly, concerned about our stay and needs, and just great people.

Front desk was very friendly, but the room was not clean. Several bugs in the bathroom coming up out of the drain.
The lotion bottle was used and almost empty. The shampoo bottles in the shower were severely watered down.
Also the stomping from up stairs kept us up all night.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay, they said it was because of the pandemic, first of all the pandemic has been over for quite some time now, secondly how would not cleaning and providing clean linens help with a pandemic? I thing they use this as an excuse to not have to clean the rooms! And it wasn’t even clean when we checked in!
We will not be returning unfortunately.

This is by far the best hotel staff ever. They helped us to our room when we needed help, they gave us a very nice room close to the elevator as my mom needed a wheelchair. I have never experienced a friendlier staff. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for your genuine kindness!
