Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

Staff was very friendly. Pool was descent. Gym room was good. I think elliptical need fixed they made a loud noise. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms were nice. Very close to airport. Shuttle lady was friendly but she parked a little far from where I had to go. So I got confused trying to find my way. Was dropped off my baggage claim I was catching a flight.

Need more Serive

Staff was rude , they charge you $40 check in before 4:00. They also claim to have food on site at the restaurant and pool. That is not true. The pool had no staff and the restaurant was only open in the evening after 5. They have a sign at the desk telling you to order door dash. Tub was dirty and loby was sweltering. We got there at 2:00. We could either sweat in the loby or pay the $40 ransom to get into our room and turn on the AC. No restaurant available as advertised. Be warned

The hotel staffed themselves was great. The restaurant on the other hand is absolutely horrible. Only two people in the restaurant took the lady 30 minutes to come over to give me a menu. I thought we had free breakfast. She said that you had to pay for it. I ended up leaving and just checking out

Only thing we didn’t like was the very strong chemical smell in the front lobby. I believe it was supposed to be an air freshener but it smelled more like a chemical warehouse. Drop that particular product and I would rate much higher

The air freshener in the lobby is overpowering for someone with a sensitive nose. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a two queen bed room. It was very clean, bathroom was spacious but odd that the light switch was outside the room so struggled in middle of night to find light. Staff was very nice. You do have to pay a nightly parking fee but probably due to the golf course behind it and deter people parking there. We didn't eat there due to timing so cannot comment on food.
