If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting.
The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks.
The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me.
Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3
I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

Ho avuto il piacere di poter usufruire dell’ampio salone con vista mozzafiato sullo stretto di Messina per festeggiare il decimo compleanno di mia figlia in maniera nuova e alternativa. Oltre alla bellezza dei locali curati nel dettaglio, ho trovato immensa cordialità e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, sempre prontissimi ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta! ottimo catering con cibo fresco e genuino. After a hectic journey we were greeted with a friendly welcome and bottles of water which were greatly appreciated in the heat. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The beds are comfy and we all had a good sleep. Right next door there is a lovely restaurant which serves Sushi and Italian cuisine, food was lovely and the service was top. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent position close to beautiful via Marina with old giant trees, elegant corso Garibaldi, the Harbour hidtofoils peer to Messina and the foremost interesting archeological museums with the impressive statues of Bronzi di Riace. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The location is quiet and the staff is kind and supportive. There is also a small and good restaurant to solve the needs of a quick tasty dinner. The hotel claims four star but there are some doubts because of absence e. g. of courtesy slipperies and bathrobe, the non convenient location and unavailability of electric sockets ose to the bed nor USB ports.

Great hotel located in a strategic location at the beginning of the longshore and near the city centre and the museum (where you can see the famous Bronze of Riace). Breakfast is absolutely to be improved for quality and quantity of products and for too tight hours (up to 9.30 from Monday to Saturday and Sunday to 10).

The hotel all in all was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room I booked(423) was a junior suite. But it had this funny smell when coming into the room. But it was nice and spacious and had a really expansive bathroom. We switched to the room opposite (401) and it had a great sea view. Especially love the curtains surrounding the bedroom area! And the blackout curtains were great if you want to sleep in. The bathroom in this room was not as large as the previous room but it was charming. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. But if you want hot food you need to pay extra. The air conditioning was not up to par with what I expected. It only goes down up to 22.5 and for me that’s still warm to have a cozy night’s dream. But that’s just me. It’s near the high street and the famous gelato shop! They do have siestas so most of the shops are closed from 3-7 pm. Try the ADDUMA restaurant near the hotel. It’s fantastic! The hotel’s restaurant looks fabulous during the night. And you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sea view with night lights lovingly encompassing the Lungomare Falcomata.

Location meravigliosa fuori e dentro: pulita, ordinata.. all'infuori delle orchidee all'entrata, non curate, quasi morte. Stanza spaziosa, con angolo cottura ad armadio, bagno ampio: tutto pulito e profumato. La donna delle pulizie gentilissima e sempre sorridente. La colazione costa €8/giorno a persona e purtroppo non è a buffet. Tramite un elenco, è possibile scegliere tutto ciò che si vuole, tra dolce e salato anche se, le proposte, sono tutti I giorni uguali. Consigliamo la granita con brioche. Noi abbiano colazionato nel terrazzino vista mare della stanza. Alla reception sempre persone cordiali, gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca? Dalle 21 fino all'indomani non c'è nessuno disponibile. Le nostre card si sono smagnetizzate e siamo stati costretti a chiamare: in meno di 15min sono arrivati e hanno risolto il problema. Il primo giorno e la prima notte purtroppo non siamo riusciti a riposare perché nei corridoi c'erano bambini che correvano e urlavano: anche se spetta ai genitori l'educazione, sarebbe carino che i receptionisti ricordassero di non fare confusione nei corridoi, di non sbattere le porte a beneficio di chi, pagando, è in struttura è vuole riposare. Ringraziamo la Signora Irma per il suo essere professionale ed il massaggio decontratturante per mio marito e drenante per me: prima di procedere, si è accertata dei problemi di salute e delle problematiche riscontrate. Il Resort dista pochi passi dell'infinito e meraviglioso lungo mare, attrezzato anche da strumenti fitness e spiagge meravigliose per non parlare del Supermercato Coop. Consigliamo anche colazione e cena al Bar Rosticceria da Monica.

GGuest UserThis is an exceptional place to stay. It is an old mansion that has been retrofitted to receive guests. It is beautiful and full of history. You feel as if you are stepping back in time. The location is also excellent. The staff superior and gave us a list of places to go and restaurants to visit. We had one of our BEST meals at the restaurant the suggested. The bed and pillows were also amazing. The best we slept in BY FAR. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room is very clean and fashionable design. Especially the shower room is large and you can spend very comfortable. Thank you for your welcome drink.
He also arranged early check-in and check-in after check-in due to the convenience of arrival time.
I want to recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserMyself, my husband and our in-laws (with them, there were 2 children) all coming from England, stayed at Villa Morgana during the last week of September. We had a wonderful time. The staff was exceptional in answering to our needs and they spoke very good English. The breakfast was good and plentiful, with both international and Italian breakfast offers. The rooms were very nice and the beds confortable. The pool area was well kept, and using the pool while looking at the Lake, was delightful. A couple of us used the Spa's massage services and it was a great experience. Definetly when we will go back to Messina, we will know where to stay.

GGuest UserCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
