Two sisters came to the hotel. The people are very nice. We had to leave very early on the day of check-out and they prepared breakfast for us. The view from the hotel is also great, clean and comfortable.

I stayed @ Hotel Chatini for 3 nights in room 303. Chatini is more like a guesthouse than a hotel ; small and family-run, it is rather basic, no restaurant, no bar, no elevator, no TV. It is a fairly new place and has not worked out all issues : wifi was not working during the length of my stay (technician is coming tomorrow), my room did not get serviced until I asked for it (first day "you should leave your key at reception" - second day "we had 30 check-outs today, so did not get around to it"). The location is very good, just a short walk to center. They have a huge terrace with great views, but currently only use it to dry laundry and playground for their kids - it has so much potential. My room was spartan with minimal furniture. Same for bathroom : the shower is totally open and it is impossible to have a shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet - wet tiles, mixed with shampoo, results in slippery-like-ice ! There is a nice breakfast room, but one morning they had a large Asian group who occupied all available seats, leaving me to wait 40 minutes for a vacant spot. The breakfast is OK with small buffet and delicious yoghurt. The lady owner/manager (?) is really friendly and tries hard to please, but seems overwhelmed at times.

We have been at the hotel for 2 night The hotel is very new and the location is great, its a family hotel and you feel like part of. The rooms was very clean, nice and well kept Thd team was very polite and pleasant and they respond to all our request We are higly recommend the hotel

It‘s not a hotel, more like a guest house. New, modern, without room service, average breakfast, no other service. They don’t accept the credit cards,. The building is still under construction, wifi is not constant. The staff is nice, sometimes even smiles, on request they also provide laundry service. It is not a 4 star hotel, but the environment is nice.

The brand new hotel in the center of Mestia (on walking distance to all major places in the town) with fresh, nice facilities/furniture and super helpful staff. Special thanks to Tatio for her attention to the guests and their comfort! Upon request they are able to arrange 4WD car for Ushguli You'll never regret staying at this hotel in Mestia!

The hotel is new, fresh rooms, large comfortable bed, snow-white bedding, good sound insulation, large clean bathroom with everything you need: bathrobe, two towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap. Great view from the window! Very friendly hosts! Delicious, hearty and varied breakfasts. You can have tea or coffee at any time. The hotel has Wi-Fi. We left at 5 am, they organized breakfast for us!

Hotel is located in central area of Mestia, in 2min walk from the set square. Hotel has comfortable and modern designed rooms with stunning views. We were accommodated on the second floor, in the room with two balconies. This hotel is run by family, who is very friendly and helpful, that’s why some inconveniences are balanced with their relationship to guests. I definitely RECOMMEND this hotel
