Unable to travel due to only driver unwell. Requested hotel to waive cancellation fees out of goodwill and was refused. Are we expected to drive 6hrs with a child

6 minutes walk from station, very convenient when you have early train to catch. Bathroom is also clean!

Hi A very nice hotel , in calm area , just 400 m walking from mestre train station , around there are cafes , restaurant and supermarkets , you can go to Venice St, lucia by train or bus

I stayed here for a few nights as a solo traveler. The hotel is close to the train station, and it's easy to get to, as you just cross the crosswalk from the station, go straight, and turn. There is a supermarket called Ali on the way, and restaurants are nearby, so it was convenient. The room tables were a bit dusty, but they cleaned everything else every day. There is a refrigerator and disposable cups. There is a hair dryer, tissue paper, toilet paper, towels, and hand and body soap. The air conditioning worked well, which was good. It's expensive on the main island of Venice, but it was a short distance away, so the location was very good. The front desk staff were all kind, and I think they were all Chinese, but they were all very kind. On the way back, I was glad that I could go directly to the airport from the bus stop about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which was cheap. Thank you very much.

Very bad…. The room was extremely cold, there was no quilt, and the sheets were dirty. There was a bad smell when entering the room. The soundproofing was so bad that it felt like people were shouting in my ears. There was constant noise from night to morning and I almost didn't sleep. I don't recommend it at all! !

The first time I slept without a quilt, the only thing I could cover myself with was hair.

The Chinese front desk is still a fellow countryman! Very friendly and the room is very big
