I had a dreadful experience at this hotel. Despite the sentimental value of my special gift towel, it was taken without care. When I reached out to the manager for help, I was met with a dismissive apology and no effort to resolve the situation. This lack of assistance and disregard for guests' belongings is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

Staying here again!!! Love my room and location. Everything is in driving distance. Customer service is a plus. Breakfast isn’t much but it’s ok.

The hotel is a bit run-down and the bathroom is a bit shabby. It's actually OK

It was horrible the staff was rude the elevator was broke and we were on the third floor and we had a lot of luggage. We only had one towel and the lady at the front desk told us we had to wait until the morning. We immediately checked out the same day.

This hotel is super bad, the hallways are super dirty, the room has bad smell, they don’t wash the carpet, the took all my personal items, I reported it to the front deck, they didn’t do anything and the wort manager doesn’t care about anything and is very rude, the wort experience in my life in this hotel and still waiting for the manager call from her investigation of what happened in my room I know she will never call me

Worst hotel ever. Filthy, badly maintained property. Our room was dirty, the phone was encrusted with disgusting residue and had no dial tone. The door could not be locked from inside. We were given a second supposedly non smoking room that also had a faulty door lock and smelled of cigarette smoke which we are allergic to. We canceled immediately and had to find another last minute hotel room which cost us an additional $350 out of pocket.. A total nightmare. No one should ever recommend or book such a sleazy hotel. Extremely dissatisfied.

Could tell this was a old, but re-furbished place. Was obvious there wasn't been much attention put towards details (rust around fittings in tub, bathroom sink loose from wall, dirt on floor, exit lights broken and hanging)

Our particular Hotel had no working ice machines, no working elevators. Room was quite average usually La Quinta's are better than this one. Tub was either dirty or stained with something. Check in was fine no problems there.

Roaches in room. Property poorly maintained. Needs paint, three ice machines broken-no ice dirt n trash in washer/dryer areas. fridge in room needs replacement. Bathtub in room drains slowly causing bather to stand in dirty water. Should close for renovation n upgrading

dead bugs and cigarette butts in the room, horrible smell… like a disgusting stinch. there is also rust in the bathtub. that is a hazard i could slip fall, cut myself and get tetanus.

Was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Bathroom was gross, plugs loose, trash and beer bottles all over outside. Elevator was broken, which I know is not the hotels fault. But there should have been some kind of compensation for that. Please do not stay here, especially if you are not from New Orleans. This type of place is the reason New Orleans gets a bad reputation. We have stayed at la Quintas elsewhere and nothing like this. There was also a police officer there when we got there because someone's room had been robbed. He said it was because their room was left unlocked.

Our bed sheets and towels had stains and were not clean. Very run down but service was really good!

Terrible service and maintenance no ice, machine was broken no coffee available in the office to take back to your room. Poorly trained personnel of the guests for service and lack of concern of comfort for guests badly maintained lack of even basic maintenance. This hotel was barely a two star and was represented to be higher than that
