No 👎 dirty!!! Old….. supposedly the best room… I think it’s a joke it was supposed to be the room for our honeymoon, you have to go to the pool with swimming caps an outdoor pool. The carpet has stains. I don't think this hotel even deserves a star. We have a terrace that is three times larger than our room with railings that are on the verge of breaking so do not lean on unless you want to die…. A real real disappointment and even more with the price paid. And I am writing to you without having had breakfast yet…

This is a total pit. Carpet is dirty, lamp shade has threads hanging from it, front desk reception rude. You need to buy a bathing cap to use the pool. Breakfast service was fine and wait staff were way more friendly. This hotel is not in Bari - about 30 minutes from train station. No beach access and hotel is situated above train tracks.

Perfect Staying! I got to the hotel and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was incredible, very clean and large. Options for both dinner and breakfast were wide and everything delicious. A special Thanks to the night female receptionist that I don't got to memorize the name for being SO HELPFUL and polite. The only problem for me was the location, there are only houses around, if you're a foreigner, it may be difficult to reach places or downtown.

Well located hotel, a few km from the ring road exit, and very close to Bari airport, ample parking, also for tourist buses, friendly and professional staff, average restaurant, excellent breakfast served with sea view, very kind staff, average rooms. would like a fresh coat of paint and a change of carpet but all in all 7 and a half, we'll go back..... definitely

I stayed in this hotel not by choice but because we went with a small group of rooms and only for one night, otherwise I would never have chosen it and in any case I would have immediately changed rooms, if not hotels. My room had carpet and I have to say that it wasn't very pleasant, the bathroom was really old, older than all the old hotels I've ever seen, but the disconcerting thing is the bath curtain (where the shower was mounted) , well this tent was truly disgusting, it was made of fabric and very dirty. Furthermore, the towels were very thin. The hotel in general is absolutely not like in the photos, it is quite the opposite, truly abandoned, the cost we paid is too high compared to the quality. I must say, however, that the Receptionist was very clear, good and attentive during the group check-in and the breakfast was good, with branded products.

Dirty, poorly maintained rooms, with a little they could improve a lot...but unfortunately! Another small problem are the trains that pass not far away and as they pass it seems like an earthquake is coming. As for the restaurant, a decent rating of 6.5 but nothing more! I definitely won't be going back!

I went to the Ibis with some friends. I had a very good time. The staff is available for all requests. The manager spent about half an hour with me to resolve a problem with the airline. Reading other reviews I was surprised because I found the room spacious and clean. Breakfast: I would have liked to find more dairy- and gluten-free foods, an offer that is often found in other facilities nowadays.

But what a disappointment!!! What a horror... nightmarish. We are supposedly given the best room because it is for our honeymoon… room on the top floor with a terrace which is five times larger than the room but in what condition… no place to sit, sea view ok but on the other side the train tracks!! Above all, don't have the misfortune of leaning on the railings unless you want to die and since it's on the fifth floor... The room has carpet and big stains, it's very dirty, the bed which is supposed to be a double bed and is in reality two single beds pushed together, not pleasant at all and what's more there are no sheets! I feel like I'm hallucinating, and that it's a hidden camera. I am writing this comment to you, we have not yet slept and above all we have not had breakfast…. First time in my life that you have to swim in an outdoor pool with a cap! We arrived too late to take advantage of it but ultimately given this obligation it's not very serious since we are in Italy it's the most expensive hotel we booked and it's the one by far but then by far the worst place we are staying we are on the verge of leaving!! , it doesn't even deserve a star. To flee!!!! I'll let you see the photos for yourself, too bad we can't put more than 10. We're starting to hear the trains passing... what a shame!!!

Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff who were effective in resolving some small problems. The cleanliness needs to be reviewed, the disabled room is comfortable but some things need to be reviewed. Please remove the dirty and horrible carpet. I would like to point out the presence of some small cockroaches

I was there for work... very small room with parquet, but very old. Old bathroom, minimal breakfast.... Excellent welcome and helpful staff... in short, a renovation wouldn't hurt. I've been to other chain hotels and this one isn't up to par

After a first experience in 2019, I returned in July 2023 aware of what the structure and service were like. However, I was sad to see that not much has changed, on the contrary... the structure could do with a bit of renovation. Unfortunately I found an uncomfortable bed, in the morning I struggled to get up, also due to the fact that the air conditioning was unfortunately not adjustable and with the sultry heat it was impossible to turn it off. Not to mention that it was raining from the ceiling (I think always due to the air conditioning). Nothing to say about the welcome and the service, they were impeccable. Ditto for the location: excellent for reaching the center of Giovinazzo but also Bari, the airport. The breakfast was also good, both in terms of quality and variety. There is the possibility of using the swimming pool, even if it closes at 6pm (and I was returning at that time) and the large internal car park is not negligible, something that not all hotels in the area offer. I was disappointed about the dinner however, as we had established €20 each when booking, then on the evening of the dinner I was told that we could order a la carte, so much so that actually once in the restaurant it was like that with a lot of prices displayed and order placed per room.. once I went down to pay for the room and dinner they made me pay €20 even though I had only ordered one €9 course to which a cover charge had to be added. But amen, I paid! In conclusion, I don't feel like recommending it, but for the price paid I think you can aim for something more.

Recently stayed in a hotel with great potential but little valorised, very kind and helpful staff, good and varied breakfast, same cleanliness, very large parking available and free now we come to the negative note, assigned room on the 4th floor (401) cleanliness of the room good the large and spacious bathroom, non-functioning jacuzzi, room with walls that need cleaning as well as the glass itself, sink caps and bidet missing obvious signs of mould, in short, a bit to be looked at again, not 4 stars, a shame because, as I repeat, the potential They are there but they should be revised a bit.

Hotel located in an interesting area, for those who have their own vehicle. Next to the coast and beach areas. Free, private park, next to the hotel, with vegetation that creates good shadows. Very friendly staff. Large room, comfortable bed. The hotel also has a restaurant service, with daily suggestions. I took the opportunity to have dinner: very tasty food, well served and of good quality. Very positive note for the staff who were serving. The hotel's biggest problem has to do with soundproofing. Basically you can hear everything from one room to another and from the hallway to the rooms. In addition to this, at the back of the hotel there is a train line and from 5.30, 6am trains start to pass and you can hardly sleep. Breakfast with good variety.
