State lontano da questo hotel Una volta effettuata la prenotazione su booking, li ho chiamati per sapere l'orario entro cui poter fare il check in, ma in risposta mi è stato detto che l'hotel era in overbooking e di non presentarmi, in quanto non c'erano stanze libere per il mio soggiorno, e di procedere con la richiesta di rimborso. Nei giorni successivi, alla mia richiesta di rimborso, mi è stato detto che non era vero che l'hotel fosse in overbooking, e che avrei potuto soggiornare nella loro struttura. Nonostante i miei solleciti, non ho mai ricevuto nessun rimborso da parte loro. In tutto ciò, la stessa sera ho prenotato un secondo hotel a 20 km da bologna, spendendo altri soldi non sono per l'hotel ma anche per il taxi. Ora o sono impazzito o non pago due hotel la stessa notte. Questa è stata la mia esperienza, poi lascio a voi decidere se soggiornare o no in questo hotel.

Fuori stagione l'hotel appare un po' malinconico e all'interno un po' datato. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Immagino che l'hotel sia più frequentato per attività di lavoro e durante i periodi di fiera. Per questo c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Comunque è in un'ottima posizione per coloro che non devono entrare a Bologna e per chi deve proseguire sulla autostrada A13.

MAI PIU'! hotel anonimo che non si merita le 4 stelle e neanche il prezzo che ho pagato; a colazione uova strapazzate e bacon freddo! disposizione degli alimenti confusa e senza senso. E poi in camera ho trovato un ospite che mi attendeva: un ragno bello grande, vedete le foto sotto

1. It is a three star, not a four star hotel.
2. At breakfast I was charged an extra three euros just to have scrambled eggs. Ridiculous. That's a foolish decision on their part. So they got their few extra euros and lost a customer.

La mia camera era comodo e pulita, con ampio scrittoio, armadio e frigobar. Il bagno dotato di doccia e ottimo specchio ben illuminato. Inoltre è dotato di ampio parcheggio e divani nella lobby. Colazione completa.
