Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio ma saremmo potuti arrivare anche prima ma non viene fatto il ceck-in prima delle ore 16.00. Appena arrivati , prima della consegna delle chiavi , ci viene chiesto di saldare la camera; infatti vi sono ben 3 cartelli che chiedono di saldare la camera all'arrivo per motivi "fiscali". Significa che nelle altre strutture dove ho soggiornato in passato non si attengono alle norme fiscali o che in questa struttura qualcosa non va. Appena giunti in camera facciamo l'amara scoperta; manca l'acqua. Impossibile fare la doccia! Dopo un'ora arriva uno scarso rigagnolo d'acqua e riesco a fare la doccia. Il problema persiste in tutta la struttura e il proprietario sostiene che non è colpa sua ma del gestore acque del comune di Bologna. Anche tutti gli altri ospiti sono scesi dalle camere a far presente il problema ma ci viene risposto di avere fiducia che prima o poi l'acqua arriva. Stesso problema il mattino dopo, facciamo colazione e dopo non riusciamo a lavare i denti e a tirare l'acqua del water. Pagare 110 euro con Booking che lo offre a 98 è stata l'altra amara scoperta. Veniamo alle note positive: Le camere sono carine, il paesaggio è bellissimo, il ristorante è ottimo e serve vini di loro produzione, personale gentile e cordiale. Riflessione a freddo: come è possibile che in camera manchi l'acqua ma il ristorante funziona a meraviglia? Come mai abbiamo pagato il prezzo pieno e non ci è stato offerto uno sconto per il disagio subito? Perchè si citano norme fiscali inesistenti e non si rispettano le norme igeniche (l'assenza di acqua è tra queste)?

From crescentine as an appetizer to the second course, Petronian cutlet and sliced ​​beef with herbs. The wine, a bottled Merlot, is excellent. The chocolate cake is excellent. Although the room was spacious, I took it for four people even though there were three of us, it did not have mosquito nets, it was impossible to open the windows in the evening due to the presence of mosquitoes and other insects. The air conditioner didn't work, only hot air came out and it was unbearably hot. Sleepless night. A suggestion that I would like to give to the owners of the structure is to remove the railing in front of the window which covers all the beautiful panorama visible from the bedroom. As for breakfast I have to say that I expected something better. The desserts were delicious, the savory ones I must say that I was expecting local products and not the classic packaged raw ham and thin slices like cheese and scrambled eggs.

Same group with disabilities as Mrs. Chiara. As striking as Mr. Alessandro says false things: nothing more than two weeks for payment. He knows well that only 4 days have passed and only because the immediate bank transfer we arranged the same evening as check out was not successful because the structure has a foreign account. Farmhouse with fabulous views of the Bolognese Hills. The room was spacious and quite clean. The bathroom has a beautiful window overlooking the garden, but for personal taste I prefer the shower to the bathtub. Breakfast with quality homemade cakes, however quite poor and not a buffet. The price is slightly high.

Beautiful farmhouse located in an enchanting place among the Bolognese hills. Very helpful and kind staff, ready to resolve any inconvenience. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with homemade and therefore truly genuine products. I just recommend putting a few more hangers in the room.

Even though it is just a few kilometers from Bologna, this farmhouse is well immersed in nature. We used the restaurant on a beautiful Sunday in September where the tables set outside create a relaxing environment. The dishes are typical of the Bolognese area... with cold cuts and crescentine, tortelloni or the classic Petroniana cutlet you are on the safe side. Attentive and discreet service. Honest prices.
