Hyper positive surprise near Sorrento. Pimonte a little gem. Visited for work...super helpful staff...excellent room and good breakfast. Haven't tried the restaurant but available. Must try again...

Sehr ruhiges, typisch süditalienisches, Hotel. Bissl unorganisiert und (das Haupthaus) in die Jahre gekommen, aber super nett und freundlich. Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem, die Badarmaturen und Handtücher könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, aber alles total ok. Preis- Leistung stimmt. Frühstück war auch ok, Kaffeevollautomat und Saftautomat fürchterlich, frisches Obst statt Dosenobst wäre wünschenswert. Toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen…..ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da das Hotel sehr abseits liegt. Der Kochkurs mit Küchenchef Raffael war lustig, informativ und das Ergebnis sehr lecker.

Hotel in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage die Gegend zu erkunden. Schnell am Vesuv, Pompeji und Amalfi Küste. Der Kochkurs mit dem Koch Raffaele Fontanello war super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Guter Service. Sehr leckeres Essen. Guter Pool und Spa-Bereich.

Mi hanno colpito accoglienza , sorrisi e cortesia del personale. Davvero bravi. Struttura gradevole con camere dotate di ogni comfort . Ottimo il servizio ristorante. Posizione strategica per visitare penisola Sorrentina e costiera amalfitana.

We stayed 3 nights. It was so easy to relax there either by the pool or on our terrace. The spa facilities look awesome. The staff are very helpful. The location is stunning. Food was great with amazing views from the dining room. It's an easy drive to Pompeii. Would highly recommend.

Esperienza tutto sommato piacevole ma ci sono tante pecche che non ti aspetti da una struttura del genere. Premetto che siamo arrivati con una prenotazione super last minute con il cofanetto Smartbox. Accoglienza superlativa da parte dello staff ma poi l'amara scoperta. Ci hanno sistemati nella depandance (Villa Carmela) struttura situata di fronte alla struttura principale e già solo per attraversare la strada era un patema d'animo ogni volta con i bambini visto che si trova esattamente tra due curve. La stanza (Camerata) con arredi vecchi e con un forte odore di chiuso....biancheria letto e bagno super datata anche se pulitissima. Il bagno con incrostazioni di calcare vecchissime su tutta la rubinetteria. Copri water in plastica vecchio. Niente Cassaforte. Wi fi che nella struttura di fronte non prendeva sempre e li la linea del telefono non c'è quindi interrotte tt le comunicazioni. Piscina piccola per la portata della struttura, abbiamo poi beccato lo staff che stava preparando un evento e quindi siamo stati tutto il giorno con operai che ci passavano vicino per scaricare materiali. Colazione confusionaria e con prodotti confezionati. Niente di più di un ⭐⭐⭐

Siamo stati al ristorante di questa splendida struttura. Ci hanno regalato uno smartbox "invito a cena per due" abbiamo chiamato e subito ci hanno prenotato la cena il giorno stesso (cosa non sempre facile quando dici che hai uno smartbox). Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile dalla reception ai camerieri. Cibo squisito e abbondante. Una bella esperienza veramente inaspettata. Super consigliato.
