The only place we’ll stay when we’re in town for family visits!! Clean, the most friendly staff, and convenient location. Breakfast is delicious too!

The kitchen is relatively easy to use and the pots and pans are of good quality. The one-bedroom and one-living rooms are very suitable for bringing children.

Front desk service is not very skilled. There is free parking. Convenient shopping nearby. Handicapped rooms are arranged, and the rooms are large. The internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family travel, with refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans readily available. The door gap is large and the sound insulation is poor. Overall, the brand's usual level has been basically maintained.

The meal server, Miriam was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly conscientious about her work, very friendly and accommodating. Five stars for her. Give her a raise. Your requirement for me to have at least two under characters is an insult. I wrote what I wanted to write and I shouldn’t be restricted in that way. Bad on you.

The whole staff was courteous and helpful. Beautiful lobby area that was great for our family (about 25 of us) to gather and talk. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of items available. I am dairy free and had no problems with not having enough alternative options.

Miriam was so sweet & make sure everyone had what they needed at breakfast. (Adela was also terrific during breakfast as well) The front desk staff were helpful & kind. The housekeeping staff were professional & helpful. Marriott (as an Ambassador member) I will give you feedback: hire more staff. Your current staff is working hard but need more support. Also when do we get back to cleaning rooms daily? (Not just here but in every level of hotel) The pandemic is over get back to the level of service pre-pandemic.

The staff is 10/10. Each one goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Every morning greeted by the front desk staff and of course greeted by Miriam. Miriam has an infectious smile and laugh; along with Patty, they both make the most delicious breakfast. Every morning is a different yummy delight. Eggs, frittatas, sausage, sandwiches… Fruit is always fresh. If you are in need of a specialty milk for your coffee, you’re in luck, oatmilk and others are available. The front space is well styled and clean. The fireplace is lit, and the bookshelf is full of games and books and a puzzle!! to borrow at your leisure. This stay they even had crayons and coloring paper. I highly recommend this Residence Inn.

Miriam in breakfast went above and beyond with breakfast service. It was a very busy day at the breakfast buffet and she kept up bringing things out. She made sure we were happy and kept asking how we are. Also when we checked in the front staff was very friendly Checked a local restaurant on attire for us and got our question answered.

We were here for my son’s wedding. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff , especially Miriam, are very helpful and kind. Love the room too. Loved the potatoes and the bacon too. They had the area cleaned up very quickly. The people at the desk extremely helpful too. We had to transport the brides dress from the hotel to the bride’s parents house and they let us use sheets and towels to keep the dress clean. So nice!

Nice place to stay and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Loved the delicious complimentary breakfast Miriam and Adela go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need during your breakfast. I would definitely stay here again just to enjoy a small chat with these two nice ladies.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was particularly nice. I was greeted by a very welcoming lady, Miriam, who obviously took pride in her work and made for a great experience. I would definitely come back. This is a hotel that would be good for business or family trips.
