We booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine.
If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.
Located next to the train station, the room is small and pitiful, it is a bit reluctant to live alone. The breakfast was good. Parking is extremely inconvenient. You have to grab a seat on the road and drive away before 9 o'clock in the morning, otherwise there will be a brother to post the list.

The service staff on the first floor lobby are very enthusiastic, friendly and speak English, can quickly understand what passengers need, really thank you very much. Can book so close to the station at this price, the room is big and clean, really good.
There are balcony, TV, a lot of cabinets, the focus is to have a small kitchen, can simply cook some cooking.
A hotel in a great location to walk with the dog (cost €5.00 per dog) The rooms were solid and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not really work so it was very hot in the room.

The hotel is located next to the waiting station, minutes 10-15 walking. The room was single, with a large bed. The sunglasse is clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is not available and the net on the windows is also, so it was not very comfortable.

Excellent
Sshatl01The hotel is located in the center of Metz, next to the concert hall, not far from the old town. It is convenient to eat and go shopping. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decorated with characteristics. The room was clean and the bedding was good.
SSophieReservation for 2 nights. Room 210
Spacious room but carpet covered in stains everywhere (it looks very dirty and neglected).
No bottle of water available in the room and only one large, not very comfortable pillow. The bedding is good and the room, although it overlooks the train track, is very well soundproofed. Functional bathroom except for the very small and impractical sink (you brush your teeth with your arm which is hampered by an imposing and poorly placed hair dryer). Breakfast OK but nothing more and if you get there near the end there isn't much left. Pleasant terrace but tables all impregnated with unsavory stains, rusty trash can.
The whole thing leaves the impression of a neglected establishment (the hotel is however new). The 3* are not justified.
Note that the staff is cordial.
GGuest UserI like this small hotel in Europe, located in the most core place, small door, small stairs, small room, but everywhere is history, is warm, is style, this is Europe ⋯• So travel in Europe usually book two hotels, One is the castle manor hotel far from the town, the other is a small hotel in the center of the town, but there is also pain, that is, there is an elevator in the wood, you need to climb the old narrow stairs with your own suitcase, but is this not something you need to feel during the trip...
KKuailedezhujiejieJust opposite the Metz train station, very convenient. There are restaurants nearby and it's not far from the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and the room is a bit small, but I'm satisfied with the price.
GGuest UserExpensive and not worth it. We had booked two rooms for two adults and our two children. The pool was cold. When we ate in the restaurant (with few other guests) we had to wait an hour for the pricy food. The food was not that good and one dish had to be returned because the chicken was so dry. When we got to the rooms and looked forward to sleeping, it turned out that our two rooms on the first floor were located right above a noisy wedding party. The hotel must have been aware of that from the start. Very tired, we now had to pack our luggage and change to two new rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
FFrancisAccueil chaleureux du personnel. Hotel très calme et bien situé, proche du centre ville. Chambre confortable et propre. Nous recommandons pour un court séjour à Metz. Belle expérience.
ZZHIFANThe location of the hotel is good, on the edge of the old town, the main attractions are within walking distance. There is a parking lot (call to unlock, check out and leave with the password on the day). Breakfast is average and room size is moderate.
GGuest UserFriendly staff, nice enough breakfast. Quite an old feeling hotel but fine for what I needed. Perhaps a little overpriced but booked v last minute so can probably be done cheaper Id imagine
GGuest UserSmall downside for the gentleman at the reception who was very friendly, but who asked me for an identity document. So I gave him my driving license issued by the state and therefore serves as an identity document accepted in France from the moment the photo on the document resembles the person.
Fortunately my wife had hers, otherwise he would not have accepted us.
After research his explanations were completely false.
Otherwise the rest is good
