The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

Great hotel. Pillows were overstuffed and too hard but besides that it's a very nice hotel. Roman who is one of the bell clerks is the nicest guy and he made my stay worth it. Great guy that needs recognition.

Everything was perfect like always. This is my go to place, this time the toilet didn’t work. No one ever came by to fix it after we brought the issue up.

The hotel staff were professional and friendly , the hotel was clean . What was a big problem was the noise . There was a wedding taking place in the outdoor garden area but the music was so loud that it sounded like our sliding door was open when it wasn’t . We couldn’t sleep till the wedding was over. It was horrible !

Hotel looks nice, but there Was a dilemma Toilet Made. noise all nigit was enabled to. Sleep Or Shower with shower head due To it not in working conditions.

This is my first time staying at Araiza hotel and it has been amazing! We got a King Suite I have a one year old boy and wanted more space everyone is friendly and very helpful all very updated.

The reception (Priscilla) was helpful as we walked in and would like to check the room is suitable to us before confirm to book. She let us see different rooms and explain patiently. Wifi: good. Breakfast: good, many different food (Mexico and American types). Bed: comfortable. Bathroom: prefer to have a shower head with a flexible tube rather than a fix shower head at the top of the bathroom.

I had stayed at the night before, it was ok, so I booked one more day. However, I was bad on the breakfast time. When I was having an omelette, I bited a very hard thing like a small stone to make my tooth hurt and blood. I splited it out. Be careful when you are eating....

The staff was great and friendly. Gave me some recommendations on what to do/eat in the area. The room was spacious but dated, especially the bathroom. The shower head needed to be replaced. Overall, I had a good experience.
