Newly renovated rooms. Very clean bed and linens. Very cozy. Very secured. Foods taste good. Worth it to book. Only thing I didnt like was the noisy AC. It’s really noisy.

For its price, it was adequate. The room service food was affordable and the in-room massage with discounted rate was great. Had some problems with the facilities but after informing their customer service about it, I was immediately transferred to another room. In terms of staying, it's worth the price

It’s bit cringe to say it but that will be the last time we’ll consider to book it because of the very poor customer service imagine we booked it before 8pm then we already received a confirmation from the application however they told us to wait because they need to confirm it first if teh booking is already on their system like 30mins and more the food arrived more than 20mins supposedly if they failed to deliver it for 10mins the food will be free BUT THAT’S NOT TRUE. Sadly I don’t recomment SOGO if you want to experience a great deal. Thanks

They are not prepared by someone who booked from this site. They gave me 2 wring rooms.. unclean rooms.. finaly we got the right one after the manager guide us. Thanks to maneger very accommodating.. but failed to other service.. i called 5 times to lobby. And ask for water.. they didn't give water. We waited almost 1 hour. After my 6 call. Manager speak to me. And they ask me again when and what sites i use for booking.. then they gave me water.. why they didn't know how to accommodate online booking? Why they seems like they didn't know we have reservation? Hotel should do be updated in this kind of bookings.. thank you. Hotel was clean. And satisfied of it
