I love this hotel, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and with some luxury amenities. But the best thing is definitely the location, it allows you to be in one of the best areas of the city and find everything on foot.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

I argued with the receptionist and asked for a change, but they changed my room the next day. I stayed in a standard room for one night. The Mondrian is a hidden gem! It’s conveniently located in the heart of Condesa. Everything is within walking distance (restaurants, bars, shopping). Arturo E (concierge) was extremely helpful and made our stay free of any hassles, doubts and uncertainties. He went above and beyond of what was expected. I highly recommend talking to him if it’s your first time visiting the city. Katia J., front desk attendant, made our check-in/out a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering the city and especially these two individuals to make your stay amazing.

The Mondrian in Condesa was terrific. The staff were great - they put us in a beautiful suite. I want to call particular attention to the concierge team, especially Mariel Gonzalez. Mariel worked her magic to get us into some great restaurants and art fair spots (and she even went to the art fair on her day off to scout it and figure out some specific recommendations for us - unbelievable!). I've never seen better service. Five stars! Phyl
