My room was very small with no balcony. The lobby is very small and one of the lift was not working.

The room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. Please fix the elevator and make sure the wifi doesn't drop out every 5 minutes, it's impossible to work.

Hotel very near shopping

Located in one of the safest area in cdmx , the room is spacious and neated. Also with a balcony inside . It is a comfortable stay for me .

Old, outdated facilities, the elevator is scary to sit in, the bathroom door doesn't close well, the only advantage is that there is a balcony

I stayed in 5 hotels in Melbourne, and this one was the worst. Brothers, if you can help me, please do so: 1. Check-in at 15:00 is allowed in general hotels, and you can check-in earlier in better hotels. Here, they said that they would check-in at 16:00 due to cleaning. 2. The room is close to the street, and it was so noisy that I didn't get a full night's sleep in 5 days. 3. The flush toilet in the room was broken, and it kept flushing. I couldn't get someone to come, so I fixed it myself. 4. Among so many hotels, this was the only one that ran out of shampoo, and it wasn't replaced after cleaning the room. I called the front desk for more than 2 hours before it was replaced. 5. The restaurant was the only one that refused to lend me a fork. 6. The room was not cleaned in time, and it took a long time to call before she came up, and she only took out the trash. She did what we said we wanted to do. There should be a unified standard. 7. The lights on the balcony should be turned off uniformly, at least after 12 o'clock in the evening. It was very bright when sleeping on the balcony. . . 8. The elevator button was broken, and the renovation and wall hammering started at 10 o'clock in the morning and afternoon. 9. The front desk of the five-star hotel on Google Map doesn't speak English. Great space; American coffee bags are delicious; taking a bath in the large round bathtub is more relaxing for a day's work; the alleyway in front of the door seems to be a police car parking lot, and there are always police cases to protect safety; 3 minutes to the subway station, There is a supermarket next to it for convenience. More importantly, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
