This hotel may be relatively old, the bathroom decoration is relatively old, and the smell of sewers is always coming up. What's better is the breakfast, which is rich in variety and delicious. The staff's service is also very good. Overall, it's okay. The room is big and the bed is very soft~

The hotel has complete facilities and comfortable living.

Poor hotel, don't stay

房間整體還算好，就是馬桶不太好用，又老又費水，別的都還好。樓下餐廳環境還行。也不算很貴，比去世貿中心吃飯稍微便宜一點。大家訂的時候最好先問清楚不要訂12號房間，窗小的要命，

前台電話很難打通，衞生差，服務態度差！

酒店設施還可以，就是空間太小了，房間小電梯小，過道小，又不通風，住的挺憋屈的。

房間還算好，衹是窗户打不開，空調不知道怎麼開，其他都不錯

The hotel has a great location in the city. The bar has great staff and ambience…. We have the opportunity to listen a pianist. The carpet floor on the hallways and the bar was full of stains. Recomended to change it for hard wood floors instead. Overall good hotel.

It was fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was meh. Would have been nice to see some vegan options besides just fruit. Even the beans have lard. The rooms were average and showing their age. For the price there are better options in my opinion.

It felt like an old hotel, even, while I was resting, somebody entered to my room(somebody from the staff because it has key access) my mistake was to haven’t put the lock in the door.

Excellent location if you go to WTC. Very convenient, safe and clean.
