The hotel is nice and it is attached to a gym. This gym is almost like a gym you would pay for. The pool is nice, but it is mostly used for swimming laps. The men's locker room even has a steam room. In the hotel, my cleaner was very nice and cleaned my room very well. She was even a fan of kpop like me and she left me a cute note. The hotel is even near local bus lines and metro stops.

Good hospitality service and staffs are well trained

Clean and tidy, away from the main road, very quiet, close to the city center, within walking distance, close to the subway, shopping malls and Walmart supermarket. Breakfast is also good.

The room was not cleaned for three days. I am really disappointed. Ctrip contacted the hotel a hundred times but could not solve the problem. Ctrip should reflect on this.

We enjoy staying at this hotel! Our stay wasfor 18 days Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and property well maintained. Our major issue was we could not get our chromecast to work on the smart TV in our room. After many attempts it never worked and hope they can remedy this problem in the future.
