Clean and comfortable room.

Except for the fact that the hotel told us that we can only have 2 breakfasts per room (we booked 2 rooms with 3 breakfasts each), everything is ok. Customer service of trip.com corrected it right away.

Good if you have an early flight. Not fancy...

Quality has deffinetely been lowered vs what the hotel was few years back. Today it’s purely overpriced.

The hotel environment is very good. It is in the terminal building, within walking distance. The room is very safe. You need to swipe your card to enter the guest room area.

It's right inside the terminal, so eating is very convenient. The hotel room is also very large. Although it's right inside the airport, the room is very quiet without any noise. The service is also first-class, and I am very satisfied!

It is especially important to note that it is in T1, not T2. Since I had to go to the counter at 4am, it took me a while to get to T2, because the shuttle train to T2 doesn't start until 5am.

It is located next to the airport, which is very convenient. You can walk past the airport. Ctrip failed to pay the hotel fee in time, which made it a bit embarrassing. Fortunately, the front desk service was very good. Later, I called Ctrip and solved the problem.

Then I checked Ctrip and found that my credit card had been charged. After checking the hotel, they said they would refund my money. Four days have passed and I checked and found that not only was the money not refunded to my Mexican card, but the money was deducted a second time. Stayed one night and paid three times. Black-hearted hotel!
