Perfect . Safe. Luxurious. Super clean . Great food.

Check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was pretty and generous. It was Christmas day and we were given teddy bears and Christmas cookies. They were so cute. I loved them and will stay here again next time.

The hotel is located in a high-end residential area of ​​Mexico City, with a good environment and convenient travel. The hotel's service and catering are also excellent!

Booked a corner suite and was given a suite that was on the top floor but (2619) that only had a partial view of the park and a lot of other rooftops. Property was under renovation and it was embarrassing for work or social contacts. Boarded up from street view. I’ve stayed there and have recommended the property to friends. But….

Fine hotel In upmarket Polanco. Very safe area with lots of restaurants museums and galleries.

I booked through ******* for another day stay for family. The hotel should have asked me to re-enter my same credit card information for incidentals for the extended stay. They did not . As a result, the hotel refused to honor or accept my previously stored credit card. The hotel humiliated my family, and demanded that they pay for incidentals.

First time visit to CDMX. Nice clean hotel with good facilities and warm friendly, and competent staff. For a first time visitor, this location was nice because it was very walkable with lots of green spaces and a plethora of restaurants and shops nearby. Shoutout to Liz at the Front Desk. She was so encouraging to me when I was wanted to venture onto the Metro when I was feeling tentative about it. She also gave well informed safety information as to where and when to go. Also, Karla the morning hostess in the restaurant knew me by name and room number after my first day. And chef Jonathan cooked my eggs perfectly over medium every day, which is so crucial in my mind to start the day off right and he was so warm and kind. The front drive staff were all hard working and knowledgeable. The concierge was helpful when I became ill - they showed me how I could get a doctor’s appointment at a nearby pharmacy which then set me up with some medication that had me feeling much better within half a day. There’s a nice pool deck area that’s quiet and relaxing. I didn’t swim, but just hung out there in a robe and lounge chair relaxing at the end of each big day of adventures. The pool and fitness area staff are all very welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping and laundry staff were also very thorough and provided excellent service and timely. Ubers always nearby as well as a continually present queue of more premium car services available as well.
