I was bitten by a bed bug. I stayed for a day and got bitten by a bed bug. It was the first day of my trip and it was the worst. There were so many bed bugs. My whole body was in trouble. I was so angry. Don't go.

I really like this hotel! Very close to the street, during the day and night the street is very crowded, very safe!

The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.

Unreasonable terms

Horrible room, nothing to do with the photo advertised on the internet. Cots instead of beds. Experience to forget, book a week in advance and when we arrived at night they gave us room 910, which is nothing like what they publish on the internet on the hotel site, cockroach, dirty bathroom, uncontrolled TV and double beds They were metal cots with mesh and horrible mattresses. I ended up not being able to rest or sleep and with a sore back with discomfort. My children and wife upset and had an unpleasant experience. IT IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMISE ON THEIR PAGE OR ON THE ONLINE RESERVATION AND SALES PLATFORMS.

Just good location, but the rooms smell like cigarettes and dirt. The facilities are too dilapidated and old, the service is average, there is not even a coffee station. The internet is super slow and unstable.

It has an excellent location, the hotel looks a bit old, but the bed is comfortable and if you rest very well, something very good is that they protect your suitcases if you have nowhere to leave them after check out and you want to continue walking without carrying
