Good location closed to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. Friendly staff that can speak English. Clean and large rooms with good shower water. I was even offered free cookwares so that I can cook my own meals. There is a restaurant onsite as well. The only thing is to aware that it’s cold at night in Jan(air conditioner unit in bedroom, which I should’ve turned on). Highly recommend!

Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. Excellent lication. Near metro station. Many restaurants and street food nearby. Prices of the rooms are very reasonable.

Room is spacious and clean. Excellent location - Only a few minute walk from Sevilla/Insurgentes station.

SERVICE WAS GOOD, THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE BATHT'S DOOR (DIDN'T CLOSE ALL THE WAY/AIR VENTILATION IN BATH DIDN'T WORK) FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS OK

The bathroom smells very bad. The room on the second floor can hear the noise from the road outside. It's hard to sleep.

The location is good and the room is spacious. It was disappointing that there was no refrigerator, but hot water came out well and water pressure was good.

The area around this area is quite lively and there are many places to eat. It's not far from the old town to the museum. Room facilities are good. The surrounding area is quite safe

A very good experience

It's clean inside, a bit like home. No balcony, no smoking. The breakfast is not a buffet, it is unpleasant to eat, and it costs extra to eat steak. Only eat simple dishes

The window was facing the hallway and curtains were up, so everything was fine except for the darkness. It was clean and the service was good.

food and good price

The staff at PF Suites could not have been more amenable. The room had the conveniences that I've come to appreciate, and it was particularly quiet. There were lovely places to walk nearby and I felt centrally located.

The hotel was clean, spacious and safe. There were some mild irritations like dirty and moldy drain covers, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no fridge. The bigger irritations were that it's right on Reforma which produced very loud street noise, we could hear every footstep above us as well as anyone in the hallway, and any movement of water through the pipes. The front desk women as well as the bell guys were all very nice.
