Hotel is nice, nothing got to complain, its not like other hotels. here everything is clean and nice

Everything is fine, only the lighting in the room seems excessive to me. That and the noise that can be heard from very early

This property was not nice. The rooms are super small and the area where it is located is very rundown and lots of homeless around it. The one good thing was that the doors are locked after dark. Most of staff is friendly but one of the desk workers is very rude. We arrived there to check my daughter into the hotel and he would even let us walk her to her room. I would not stay here unless ypu are desperate.

The hotel was fine for a one-night layover in CDMX. Very close to Plaza Giribaldi to check out the mariachi at night, and lots of good street food right outside and a great bakery right next door. The neighborhood isn't the greatest - the adjacent Plaza de la Concepcion is sketchy, has a number of homeless sleeping in it, etc. The restaurant in the hotel is good, and there are better restaurants close by. The rooms are basic and adequate, a bit dated, and cleverly done with two double beds, each with a pullout bed underneath. One of our two bathrooms had a toilet leaking water into the floor.

The rooms were clean did not smell bad the lobby look nice and clean

Hotel is in good area. But, hotel conditions are not good. No air conditioner and I couldn’t sleep all night.

Great hotel, I stay here about once a month. Smallish but nice rooms with large ceiling fans and two small bottles of water. Good restaurant with decent food at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Olly always remembers me. This time there was no hot water upon departure which is very unusual. Also the wifi is good and reliable here… The area os walkable in daytime hours but don't walk alone at night. Never take your wallet while out walking, Will stay again soon.

Excellent hotel with lovely clean quiet room. Good free wifi and good restaurant. My only concern is that there was nobody in the reception when I left. I had to just leave my key and hope they closed out my room. Will stay here again!

Great hotel. Very Clean and customer service was great! They offer tours to visit which is nice. I really liked that a lot of tourist attractions and nice restaurants are walking distance!
