Sofitel is certainly the best hotel in CDMX right now. The pool and restaurants are very, very, very good, the rooms beautiful and spacious, and the service is world class. Special thanks to Diego, one of the managers.

This was our first time staying at a Sofitel. Excellent location, wonderful service and friendly staff. Great rooftop bar overlooking City. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Spa and pool area are wonderful as well. We really loved our experience at this hotel.

I've been staying in the Reforma area for quite a while; usually at the F S just down the road. Sofitel is just as fancy, same levels of superior service, but the views of the Angel and down Reforma to Parque Chapultepec are incredible. And the prices for food and beverages run about half price of those at the F S. I'm happy to pay for a luxurious experience, but I don't like to feel I'm being taken advantage of.

Got upgraded to a suite with bath tub and breathtaking views of the city. Service is phenominal. Staff is always eager to please. Everyday housekeeping cleans the room and replenishes the water. Breakfast has everything you can ask for. Location is great in the heart of Zona Rosa where restaurants are walkable and near landmarks. If you can afford it, don't look elsewhere. This is the place.

Clean hotel in the heart of mexico city, however doesn’t seem like a 5 star hotel, more so 4 star. There were things that did not work in the room. Front desk staff were polite at first however when I brought up my room assignment was not correct, the original girl had a slight attitude. Spa service was decent but did not live up to the hype. I’ve been to much better. Balta breakfast was just okay but came with ******* VIP perks so can’t complain. All in all, it was a very average stay. I expected better with all the raving reviews.

NIce location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was wonderful (included in price for us). Had dinner at "Bebel" which was wonderful. Mexico City is a wonderful place to visit!

From the time we arrived to the day we departed, the staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Everything about this property was top-notch and we would highly recommend it.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that we were unable to do a late check out and there is no lounge in the public space to wait for our flight. I still would highly recommend this hotel.

The service was amazing at this property and the breakfast is outstanding with great food and lots of choices. The croissants and pastries are some of the best I have ever had! The rooms are very large and beautifully appointed. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property in a great part of town. I would definitely stay here again. Throughout the property there are beautiful 360 degree views of Mexico City. I enjoyed the gym and sauna which are included for all hotel guests. I wish the pool hours were better - it opened rather late in the morning and closed an bit early, so it was hard to find time to enjoy. We paid to use the hot tub and steam room, which were nice but honestly I’ve used better spa amenities at other hotels. I’m not sure it was worth 35 dollars to spend a half hour in the hot tub/steam room. The hotel rooftop bar is lovely, and the cocktails and food were delicious. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Really nice breakfast included. Lovely stay overall.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with staying at Sofitel Mexico City. The staff were amazing , the hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended this hotel
