The location of the hotel is relatively good. There are several Chinese and Korean restaurants nearby. The room environment and facilities are average. The service is quite good, but the price/performance ratio is not high.

EL hotel es muy comodo y sencillo. Cuenta con los servicios minimos indispensables y esta bien localizado. Sin embargo, le falta organización en la atención y asegurar de que el servicio solicitado se entregue sin contratiempos.

The hotel is very comfortable and simple. It has the minimum essential services and is well located. However, it lacks organization in the attention and ensuring that the requested service is delivered without setbacks.

整體衞生乾淨，樓下找吃的非常方便，缺點就是房間窗户打不開，然後衞生間的排風扇是壞的導致房間裏很潮濕，我早上起來用毛巾擦玻璃上的水汽。如果遇到價格優惠的話也是可以選擇的。

It's the first time you hosted me at a City Express, really enjoy the stay a lot in addition to the service was excellent, Ana front desk, thank you very much for all your kindness and support when making my check one, you are very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel during the Dia de Muertos festivities in 2023 but our room's air conditioning wasn't working during a warm week so we decided to check out the following day and asked them to refund the unused points that we used to reserve our stay. They agreed. Up to this day, they haven't refunded me these points, even after Marriott customer service has contacted the manager multiple times. Apparently, Marriott Bonvoy cannot give me the points back but it has to be initiated by the property themselves. I exchanged emails with the manager of the property and was promised that the points will be returned but at least half a year later, I still do not see those points. The property is not up to par with Marriott standards. I saw complaints in reviews that some rooms had non-functioning A/C's but didn't think that we'd get one. They essentially stole money from me. Avoid at all cost.

The breakfast is very basic and simple, so to stay a few days the coffee is always the same thing. The only problem was the air conditioning of the room that was not working, but that was not a problem because the temperature was over, but if it was warm, it would be a problem.
