This is a worst play to stay, it’s a very old room with no amenities, no WiFi in room, staff are rude. No cleanliness, bathroom smell bad, plugs are broken. More like a dungeon.

Well, I didn't have to eat at the restaurant but from what I saw the prices are affordable, the price is also very accessible to the public and the reservations fall into the system very quickly so it is not necessary to wait a long time, only what if they should be maintained to the elevator

Outdated facilities and outdated TV.

Nunca había tenido problema en este hotel hasta esta última vez; no querían hacerme válida mi reservacion, tuve que insistirle a la persona encargada de recepción por horas para que por fin me entregarán mi habitación y me dejaran dormir, todo para llegar a una habitación sucia y con chinches 😣 JAMÁS SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, pero viejisimo, con instalaciones qur necesitan una renovación completa, perooo por el bajo precio se entiende. En mi caso que solo necesitaba un lugar para dormir y ya me pareció excelente precio. Y eso que mi habitación tenía sábanas viejas, manchadas y el colchón viejisimo y que se sentían los resortes. En cambio si tu estancia es larga y/o familiar entonces si te recomendaría buscar otra opción para tu comodidad.

Siempre es un placer quedarnos en este hotel, su ubicación y precio es lo máximo.

The hotel is well ubicated, 10 minutes walking from Reforma. Unfortunately they do not know how to treat clients, they had bad attention at lobby. Also the whole hotel needs maintenance, there is a lack of cleaning in the rooms. You can smell the humidity ambient and the beds have a lot of springs and are dirty. They also offer breakfast included and did not give it to you. In resume is the WORST HOTEL IN TOWN.

LA HABITACION QUE ME TOCO TENIA ALFOMBRA,Y ESTABA MUY SUCIA, LAS ALMOHADAS OLIAN MAL A SUDOR, LAS TOALLAS QUE NOS DEJARON PARA BAÑAR ESTABAN ROTAS DEL DOBLADILLO, MUY VIEJAS Y OLIAN A SUCIO EN LA SALA DE RECEPCION TIENEN UNOS SILLONES MUY SUCIO, LA SEÑAL DE INTERNET SE INTERRUMPIA A CADA MOMENTO O NO LLEGABA, LA COLCHA ESTABA SUCIA, MANCHADA Y EREN TELEVISORES DE ANTES, NO TENIA MAS QUE UN CANAL DE TV CANAL 5, NO TENIA NADA DE VENTILACION Y ME PICARON UNAS PULGAS

A more comfortable beds that’s all needs to be change

People at the front desk are rude, very poor customer service. The instalations are very basic and the mattress are very uncomfortable.

It is located near the intersection of Insurgentes and Reforma which is a major intersection in Mexico City. There are bus routes in several directions to all parts of the City. New great bakery a half block away and an excellent grocery store next door. I have been staying here for years and highly recommend this economical hotel.
