房間沒有空調，衹有柱式吹風機，5月底住也不熱。窗朝天井，比較安靜。衞生乾淨。房間沒有冰箱、沒有熱水壺，沒有咖啡機。問廚房要熱水，職員同意，領班卻説沒有熱水，讓我們找行李員，行李員卻給我們冰塊，這絕對不是誤會。後來我們拿到熱水時，領班用冰冷的語氣説，這是最後一次免費取熱水。實際上我衹拿了一次，用不同的杯子裝而已。用熱水收費，這對酒店來説，服務水準實在是太低。

The front desk of the hotel made a mistake with the order and then contacted Ctrip customer service to coordinate. Everything else was okay, but the service was really bad. Ctrip wrote that check-out should be before 13:00. Even if daylight saving time is applicable now, it only knocked on the door at 11:40. Checked out. The service is true: not honest enough. But objectively speaking, it may be Ctrip's own problem. The hotel cannot be blamed unilaterally. En cada visita que hago a la ciudad de México trato de hospedarme en este hotel debido a su cercanía con el zócalo, relación calidad/precio, restaurante y buena atención que recibo. Deben hacer su reserva con suficiente tiempo porque es un hotel bastante solicitado y casi siempre las habitaciones están agotadas..

Sofremos constrangimentos, vergonha é violência contra a mulher ,todos os dias ao chegar ao hotel! A porta do quarto estava sempre inacessível e tinha que ir à recepção para solicitar a abertura! As diárias estavam quitadas. Éramos uma senhora de 72 anos e sua sobrinha de 46 anos.

El hotel está bien, lo que si debe mejorar es el servicio del restaurante.
El servicio es malo, tardado, las señoritas te atienden sin ganas. Se tardan mucho, las bebidas hay que pedirlas varias veces, pues no las llevan, toca comer a secas, es algo que de verdad molesta mucho.

No le pongo 5 solo porque cuando realice la reservación fue con camas matrimoniales y cuando nos entregaron fue en individuales, nos cambiaron al día siguiente lo cual está bien pero no es excelente.
