The facility was extremey under equipped. My very basic requests (like to empty the full garbage can I received with the room) caused no actual response.

很差的酒店，房間裏有發黴的味道，被褥不乾淨，早餐餐盤用具也不乾淨，房間設施也很一般，在攜程上居然是3星級！而且聯繫攜程退房退不了！最差的一次體驗！

It's a very bad hotel. There is a musty smell in the room, the bedding is not clean, the breakfast plates and utensils are not clean, and the room facilities are also very average. It is actually 3 stars on Ctrip! And you can’t get a refund if you contact Ctrip to check out! Worst experience ever!

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。雙床房房間比較小，落腳的地方都快沒了。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是商場和超市，屬於是downtown中的downtown了。

Las habitaciones no incluyen aire acondicionado, y no lo especificarán en la información al hiesped antes de reservar, la ventana da internamente al hotel y no tiene ventilación, me dieron un ventilador que funcioanaba mal

The Hotel is very clean and well located. The employees are really nice and friendly. Security guard is at the entrance of the hotel at all time even though is a safe area. Breakfast really good and tasty 😋 ..hotel is close to the Venezuelan Embassy and to the DHL Store...Hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is more clean than most of these well known hotels...I was very pleased 😊

Thank you for all your attention in the hotel cafetary part thank you for taking us up with so kindness and friendly thank the Candido family as you made this stay in the hotel that everything was perfect.

It is super comfortable and complete, in a great location, very quiet. The staff were very comfortable and the only problem was that the shower was not always heated, it seemed to depend on whether others were using their showers too.
