The location is good, prety close to the airport and to the old city center. Maybe the stuff might be a liiiittle bit more helpful, or a little less arrogant, that would help.

There isn't much variety at breakfast. The staff varies greatly between kind and unfriendly. However, although it said they could speak English, they couldn't. There was no air conditioning, only a loud fan. The TV didn't work properly, either because the remote was broken or the TV itself was damaged. The soundproofing was terrible. You could hear everything, from the voices in the hallway to outside noise.

The room facilities are old, there is no USP interface, the phone can't be charged. The front desk staff sold me his own charging plug for 100 pesos. I bought one for 30 pesos at a water stall 30 meters from the hotel entrance.

I'm not a capricious person at all, but I need to speak out here. Just a disgusting hotel. I bought it because it was supposedly near the airport. Homeless people are lying around right outside the hotel. There is not a single store nearby. The hotel does not have a restaurant, there is some kind of eatery like a “cafe in Mukhosransk”! I was afraid to even order coffee there. The location is very unfortunate, there is some kind of highway nearby, the noise is endless until the morning. The hotel had never heard of window insulation at all. The window was moving to the side and there were no rubber bands on it. As a result, any moped passing three kilometers seems to be riding around my room. The rooms themselves do not have air conditioning or ventilation; in the evening there is a steam room in the rooms. Fans instead of air conditioning. There is no refrigerator. The bathrooms are ugly. The only plus is that the room is cleaned every day. The quality of the rooms is simply terrible. It is indicated that it is three stars. Maybe by local standards it is three stars, but overall it barely reaches 1.5.
