The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. It is relatively not far from the hotel to go shopping and eat.

An excellent instance, with a cleanliness and comfort of 10. I will definitely return.

The hotel is good but if it is winter DO NOT stay there, everything is cold. The lobby and the breakfast area are colder than outside, really bad.

Horrible right from the start. The charged me for an early checking even though I’m gold status and it states VIP ******* hotel. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The room was outdated and not well cleaned. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The hotel was not warm - very cold atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast, nice small hotel in a nice area

Very Nice hotel, beautifull room and view, excellent service, excellent location. The bed wasn't very comfortable and there wasn't a good water stream, but we were very happy to stay there

I stayed for a few days with my daughter. The hotel is in Santa Fe with plenty of restaurants options and shopping center in walking distance. The room we got was clean, with confortable beds and a good shower. For the price we paid we were happy what we got for.

Hotel is in nice neighborhood, outside of the hotel there is a really good restaurant that makes up for the bad restaurant and service from the hotel. Lobby is ok but the room is in poor condition, wooden floor is broken on several spots and the cleaning of toilet area and shower could be better. There is a motor lobby but it was painful to get somebody to help us bring our stuff in, we struggled with the luggage since we brought a baby with us.

Very good hotel compared with the neighbour hotel.. room was cleaned everyday.. staff were very helpful when needed… I enjoyed my stay.
