Highly recommended It’s big far from the Centro. But everything is perfect. Nice and friendly staffs. Room are clean and new. The breakfast is most extraordinary. Good food.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. It feels like a great hotel. The room has a kitchenette and a washing machine. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. I am very satisfied. I will only stay in this hotel when I come to Mexico City in the future.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced on the road, and I have been on the road a long time. I plan on returning to Mexico City and the HS HOTTSSON will be my New Mexico City home. I would not recommend the rooftop restaurant, not because of the food but because of the service. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. I finally received a menu. There were at least five employees that I counted who were there. It took 15 minutes for them to take my order……correction….after 15 minutes I went to the bar area and 4 employees were simply standing around talking. Took a long time to get my first dish but after that things went smoothly. I have little tolerance for poor service. But other than the restaurant issue, this is an excellent hotel that I will certainly return to next year.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Great rooftop restaurant with amazing views. The rooms are extremely spacious, in suite laundry, dishwasher and everything you would need for a short or long stays

Hotsson is nothing short of amazing! The staff there are ever so friendly, warm and welcoming! The rooms are awesome and clean and the restaurant there has amazing food and one of the best views in the entire city! It's a place I see my husband and I coming back to over and over!

This spacious studio fit my needs quite well. The unit had a washing machine and overall everything functioned well. Lots of room amenities like slippers and toothbrush. Condessa South is a generous description but Uber is just an app away and there are some good spots local to the hotel to eat and wander. I found the reception service overly aggressive with taking my bags.

I got to this hotel with my friends after successfully summitting Pico de Orizaba on 12/30/23. After a brutal day and long ride back to CDMX, I was looking forward to a hot shower. The moment I stepped in the shower, I injured by the hotel's shower door. When I tried to close the shower door, the door collapsed on me cutting my toes and fingers. I survived a cold and tough mountain but not a hotel shower. The hotel staff was quick to respond and assisted with the injury and moving to a different room. The staff on duty also offered some hot tea and free breakfast for four of us. I requested to either upgrade our stay or provided us the night for free but my request was denied. Travelling back home with fresh foot and hand injuries has not been easy.

The staff was friendly and the food was excellent, location was centrally located to very nice areas like Polanco, Condesa and Roma. Area was safe and friendly. I would recommend to anyone visiting CDMX for businesses or pleasure. Victor

Nice suites hotel, very spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located. The area around the hotel is not necessarily nice but from there it’s easy to get to other parts of town
