The public spaces, rooms, and toilets were all very stylish and clean!! It's also great that it's close to the city center! The breakfast was delicious too!!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff! Walkable distance to most places and excellent free breakfast!

New, modern and clean hotel in Centro district of Mexico City. Easily walkable to restaurants and the Zocalo among many other great CDMX destinations, and just 20 minutes from the airport. The only odd thing about this property is their breakfast buffet. It's simple and very good - however, many of the diners just get up and leave after eating despite there being a charge of 140$MX per person. We watched so many people leave without paying, and the hotel staff just watches them leave without making a comment. Very odd. We are honest and paid each morning, but it did leave a bit of a bad taste in our mouth (not literally - the breakfast itself was good).

The staff and property were great. The only thing they did not have a fridge and microwave. And you get only two complimentary water, but had dispensers available I would definitely go back and recommend.

Pros: New, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. Cons: Breakfast is limited to an extreme, coffee old and juice watered down. Bed pillows are thick foam and uncomfortable. This hotel is not close to most CDMX sites and requires taxis undermining the cost benefit of the property. Dining options are very few (though there are street vendors a block away). I somewhat liked the hotel but would have saved money by staying at a pricier hotel in a better location.

Slept comfortably building and rooms very clean, bar staff could be a little more friendly and enthusiastic and they could expand the breakfast menu with more variety. Front desk staff was great.

Positive: Decent location in the city. Negative: They have lounge chairs on each level, and if you have loud guest utilising the lounges, unfortunately it permeates into your room.

Hotel was not aware of the VIP benefit. Staff didn’t know much about what’s happening nor willing to find out in and around the hotel. Otherwise, decent place for the price.

I LOVE this hotel. Such a great deal and the hotel is kept in excellent condition and the staff is beyond wonderful. My only complaint is that it is a little off the beaten path of the Centro historico. The neighborhood is not exactly lovely but just do the extra walking and you are fine.

PROS: Staff was very helpful. Room was quiet, simple but adequate. Breakfast daily (although the same thing every day). Maid service was great. CONS: bed was too hard for me although others may like that. Hand towels were paper thin.

Front desk staff are amazing. They were always trying to accommodate all our requests. The location is a bit far from restaurants.
