The location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that "booking" asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.

Great location , tasty breakfast, water and coffee as a courtesy. Staff was great as well. Just should inform more clearly that there is no elevator.

Over all it was nice experience. However, the water wasn’t hot enough to take a shower and water pressure wasn’t good either. Breakfast was good though.
Since we stayed in front of the city view. It was very noisy at night.

un hotel muy lindo , Rolando hizo la diferencia en nuestra estadía ya que hicimos la reservación por ******* , y no había una buena comunicación entre ******* , el hotel y nosotros , rolando se porto de manera muy atenta nos resolvió el inconveniente de inmediato y estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estadía siempre con amabilidad , muy buen anfitrión , el hotel muy lindo limpio y cómodo , las instalaciones excelentes! había un ventilador y la habitación muy bien iluminada , amplia y cómoda ! el desayuno delicioso !

This hotel is in a fantastic location (top of a park) and below is a cute food and shopping hall but that's all the positives I would give for the price your paying.
You are paying a lot in comparison to other hotels in the area and you don't get your money back in return with the room.
Cold showers
No aircon just a very noisy fan.
No lift (you will be going up 3 flights of stairs)
Sadly when we stayed the rood top bar was also closed and there was issues with the electrics meaning we couldn't enter our room and was informed that once the electrician had fixed the issue to leave a window open 'just incase'
If you are paying high prices for the hotel you expect greater service and stranded of hotel.

What a fun place! Just how it looks in the pictures. The rooftop is dreamy, and the building below houses all kinds of shops/food/bars! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location…it really is right on the big plaza with tons of food stands and shopping. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Casa Lomah!
