I went to Mexico City for a wedding and stayed at the Lombardo Suites. It is a great location very close to Chapultepec Park, the building is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly, I speak Spanish so it made communication easier. The suites are clean, and offer a little kitchenette with basic appliances. Even though it is on a busy street the traffic didn't bother to sleep. I recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The room also had a little balcony with views of the street. Housekeeping every day for a change of towels. The bathroom has a hair dryer but no iron. Breakfast was included but there are many great little cafes around the corner if you prefer to have a good expresso. Great Location Friendly and helpful staff Clean Safe I'll be back for sure!

The location is excellent. We felt safe walking around. There are shops and restaurants near. The Parque de Chapultepec is very close. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Our room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

I read the reviews for this hotel and here are the plus and minus. Location is safe and ideal. The room is spacious bedding comfortable. Minus hotel needs to be better maintained this is not limited to poor insulation huge gap on the sliding door ***** missing. Badly need a coat of paint. I placed a photo of a towel which is not what you would expect. AC remote was not exactly clean and did not work. Soap dispenser is empty we received a tiny hand soap instead. The basics of a good hotel is to ensure that everything is in a functioning order.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy espacioso y limpio, la atención del personal fue excelente y el desayuno es bueno, tienes la ventaja de que todo el día hay cafe, te y agua disponible, el único inconveniente es que la habitación asignada se encontraba al lado de área del desayuno lo cual lo hacía algo incómodo

There was mold inside the bathroom around the corners, I found a little centipede in the curtain, the person in charge of cleaning only made the bed and changed the trash bins, didn’t sweep the floor.
