The bathroom for women is just on the 1rst floor, with 2 toilets and 3 showers for all the building and we have to share it with the people of the rooftop (Disco). It is always dirty and smells bad. We didn't know that the "terrace" is a rooftop Disco, therefore it is too loud until 1am approx. The door of the Catrina room had no doorknob and couldn't be closed, with the wind is almost always opened, there is not security at all, even if there some lockers. The staff is not really informed about the services they offered, like the rooftop, guard at the bathroom, laundry, etc. The shared room is equipped with 15 beds, stacked 3 beds upon each other. Not recommended. The good things were breakfast and the location in the middle of the centre.
