Excelente servicio por parte de todo el Staff del hotel, la recepcionista muy atenta y en todo momento dando los detalles sobre nuestro alojamiento, el desayuno incluido muy rico y sobre todo el trato del Sr. Armando que fue excelente en todo momento, muy amable, atento y servicial, gracias a personas cómo él, hacen la estancia muy amena, recomiendo muchísimo Hotel City Express La Villa!

Simple, efficient and very good price. See this as a transit hotel because it is located minutes by foot from the North bus Terminal of Mexico. A safe place with a good honest restaurant. Make a reservation because it is a popular place for people in transit. Yo go there because you are on business or in transit.

Nice place for a short stopover from the airport. 5 metro stops, friendly staff. For the price probably the best value. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the Ritz Carlton, it’s situated in a seedy area (stay inside after 9pm) and has neither fridge nor a/c but it’s clean and cheap . It’s also a motel/love hotel so a no-go if you travel with children. Friendly staff, really thorough cleaning…perfect for what it is,

I used my points for this stay however the rates including dynamic points rate were low making this hotel value for money or points in my case. Being a Diamond elite member i was upgrade to a suite was not expected but appreciated. Friendly staff making me feel welcome and the free breakfast has variety as well as changing one dish every day i was there. Love a good mexican breakfast. Location was a little out of the centre hence the reason not 5 stars however the bus is a one min walk and they leave every 2 mins if not less. expect it to be busy at times. if you dont mind being a little bit out of the way its a nice hotel for the amount you pay

This hotel is a bastard, the photos that are everywhere are super-actualized, the hotel's faced venue indicated me that the stay was going to be a bad experience, the room had the bathroom just in the same bathroom stay , when you bath you have to get out of health because everything is flooded. The Internet service included is a lie, it only works on the first day and the next day they take it away from yourself, calling the reception, the Lord is a badly educated, you are asked for the wi-fi and the answer is, in the morning if it works at a time they come and that never happens, the Lord is a badly educated, a prepotent and doesn't like to call him at the reception, the corridors always smell cigarette smoke and that is supposed to be prohibited smoking, In the morning everything smells to be pure cloaca. The renters of the next rooms always made too much bubble at any time of the day or the night and we go to the same point, it is told the Lord the next day that the renters at 3 am do a lot of bubble, hit the walls and Even my wife and me, they tried to open the door at 2 a.m. and to all this the Lord says it's not a problem with him. The location is a danger, the same Uber driver when we get from the airport tells us he didn't know the hotel and that he's been working on Uber for 5 years, when he arrived tells us, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Every breakfast was a pleasure with the help of amazing staff like Aurora & Elene. From the first day they made is feel like where at home. Nice rooms and good view of the city. Easy to access and close to the busstations!

Not the perfect scenario but my flight landed into Mexico City at 1.20 am. I arrived at my original hotel that was having technical issues their PMS system was down so they could not check people in or out. They recommended this hotel for being safe and nice rooms. I arrived at the hotel and the doorman/bellman was perfect. But upon trying to check in the night auditor Juan would not allow me to check-in for a reservation I just made online 5 minutes before I approached the front desk so I could check-in. He advised to come back at 3pm. There was no solution provided to offer to check me in a day early. No offer of checking in early is an additional fee. No option of lets change your reservation the third party. He was kind of rude about it. I also had to ask for my passport back once he refused check-in. Service is obviously questionable in the overnight staff. Juan did not apologize or offer to call a taxi after he refused service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone that is paying for their room. And then did not offer a refund or any compensation.
