really bad exprience,the hotel has been charge us without any authorization or notification.
on the first day, we check in, they charged us US25 without any invoice/notication/authoization.
and when the last day check-out, we asked if we can enjoy free late check-out, they said yes. then we stayed around 1 hour longer.
when we come back to our country, we found that there is an unknown charge.
Trip.com helped me to negotiate with them. they said it is the late check out charges.
by the way, it is unreasonable, because the transaction was on the first day we check in.
and we just ask for late check out on the last day (the 5th day), how come the hotel can predict we will ask for that and charged us first? non-sense.
beside the date of transaction, if there is a charge, they must give us notification/receipt, but nothing....
