They also said that we drove it wrong. It rained that day and we didn't go out. I spent it in the hotel room shivering. One day, I was woken up by the cold at night. The overall standard of the hotel is only three-star in China. It is old and dirty. Because the price is very high in Miami beach, it ruins my imagination of Miami beach. It is far inferior to Sanya Yalong Bay. I will live in Biscayne Bay in the future. It’s really a scam and the scenery is mediocre!

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

It's a pity that I don't like the morning here. It's expensive and I'm not used to having breakfast like this every day. There's no cereal. Friends with a Chinese stomach should pay attention.
Breakfast here is a la carte, not a buffet, and it's not in the same building as the guest rooms. It takes a few minutes to walk to see the sea.
