If you stay here, you can understand what i gave the all 5 stars to each criteria. very awesome and nice hotel. I really enjoyed.

Building was bit old and foods were ok. Not the best ritz carlton i have ever stayed

The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from the beach, pool, doormen/valet and checkin.

Very good hotel. Love the smell in the room and lobby. Expensive breakfast and beautiful beach. Overall good experience. Oh yes! Extremely confortable bed that I have ever slept.

The room is OK, the location is OK, the deposit is quite high, I haven't seen it refunded, and I don't know when it will be refunded? Service: I can't say how good it is, I was very careful every day

There are not many varieties of breakfast, the swimming pool is too small and there are many people, sharing the beach with the hotel next door,

I went there three years ago and it felt quite high-end. When I went back this time, it was different from the past. There were few breakfast items, the room was small, and there was a big gap between price and service. Miami is not the Miami of yesterday, and the Ritz-Carlton is no longer glorious.

Ctrip charged all the fees in advance, but the hotel charged the credit card again and again. After coordinating for a month, the fee has not been recovered. It is a rogue merchant.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are nice. Service efficiency is really mediocre. The call to room service was never answered, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to order food

The scenery is quite good, and the food in the restaurant is also good, recommended.
