Pretty well located hotel . Service was really good. All the front desk employees were super helpful and cordial … Rooms were spacious and comfortable . The only thing missing was not having a small refrigerator in the room …breakfast was decent .. I stayed 4 nights but the breakfast become boring since the serve the same type of breakfast every single day…

The hotel should be renovated, it's too bad. Catch up with an average of more than 900 on weekends, which is not even up to the level of a business hotel. The breakfast is too bad. Each person has a piece of bread and a little butter, fruit, and juice.

The location of the hotel is very convenient at south beach 14 street. It is very close to the sea. Downstairs is a street with bars and restaurants a bit noisy. Young people like the liveliness. The hotel facilities are average.

Sono stato in questo hotel assieme alla mia ragazza e ci siamo trovati malissimo, zona molto rumorosa, camera sporca e vecchia. Colazione scadente l’unica cosa positiva è la posizione.

Una settimana fa sono stato in quest’hotel per 5 giorni e non ci ritornerò mai più. Pulizia della stanza scarsa, vetri delle finestre sottilissime ed ogni notte è un impresa prendere sonno poiché c’è molto rumore. All’entrata dell’hotel c’è scritto happy hour ma quando la prima sera avevo chiesto al Barista quali erano i drink incluso nell’happy hour lui mi risponde che non c’è nessun happy hour, e che una birra costa 7$, io dico, ma scusa c’è il cartello con indicato happy hour e lui mi risponde che non sa perché c’è. Colazione limitata, tutto molto scarso qualitativamente parlando. Non ve lo consiglio.

The first time I stood at this hotel was in 1997. Let’s just say it’s not the same. Room 204 is located right across the elevator; room smelled like cigarettes, furniture was outdated, bathroom was cleaned but looked dirty. Only stood there for 1 night. It’s at a great location 14 Collins Avenue which is walking distance to bar, restaurants, beach and shops. Lobby is nice, nice bar didn’t get a chance to dine there. You get what you pay for

Dieses Boutique Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage in South Beach. Ocean Dr., Restaurants, Bushaltestellen und ein Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Check In / Out verliefen schnell. Personal war freundlich. Insbesondere Michelee. Sie war während meines Aufenthaltes die meiste Zeit präsent und hatte immer ein Lächeln und ein "offenes Ohr" für mich. Vielen Dank dafür!! Mein Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, dafür geräumig mit einem guten Bett und sauber. Vielleicht könnte man beim Frühstück auf Plastik verzichten und einen Bagel mehr servieren. Alles in Allem hat dieses Hotel ein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage in South Beach. Ich komme gern wieder.

Very clean room as well as a friendly staff (especially Michelle) she was very helpful and kind. It’s 1 block from ocean drive & the beach and next to several stores. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Where do I start so My boyfriend and I when to check in I went through Priceline and the deposit was supposed to be 100.00 to hold the room it would be 86.26, The lady ran the card and said everything was okay. She gave us some ideas about where to eat and also told us about breakfast that will be provided in the morning. I will get to that. So she ran my card and said that it didn't go through the first time but I was like didn't make any sense since you ran my card give me the key told me what room we would be staying in. The amount that the hotel is going for you would expect to have a small fridge and also a microwave but no. The room we got didn't have a microwave or small fridge in it. The manager made it seem like I didn't pay for my stay but I did they charged my card a total of 13 times I called my bank and spoke to a rep and supervisor they said that the first time they ran the card was when the money was released to them but they ran 13 timesHopefully I receive my deposit of 100 back on my card. I honestly think that the hotel is not being honest with the advertisement of the hotel they include about the hotel with the kitchen maybe it draws in more people or adding a microwave and small fridge to the one bedroom make it comfortable.
