The service was okay, it's a pity that you can't pay the deposit in cash, only with a credit card, because you lose money due to currency conversion. Moreover, the hotel is in a good location, a bit far from South Beach but close to the beach. I recommend!

The location of the hotel is not optimal, but bus stops are located close to it. The room was made daily and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Request for beach towel and extension of stay for several hours granted without any problem. I therefore recommend this establishment.

Very nice hotel, located 5 minutes by car and bus and 20 minutes on foot from the avenue of restaurants and 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Clean and welcoming hotel.

Very nice hotel three minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is kind enough to lend beach umbrellas and chairs, which is a real plus. Free parking is very advantageous but does not exempt you from the risks associated with open car parks or vandalism. Anyway, the welcome and the Service were great as was the swimming pool when returning from the sea. A free bus stop two minutes walk to reach south beach is also a big plus.... Thanks again for everything.

Place looked promising on arrival . When enter the room it was cozy . Beds were okay . Was disappointing that my cool box was cooler all night long then the fridge, They need to update there kitchenette.. if you provide two beds you may want to put two plates as well . Pool as clean , easy acces , just checking in , which that the person would greet us instead they wer the hole time on the phone . It’s that the pay,amt machine didn’t want to cooperate she hang up the phone and was more helpful . There was a gentleman who looked like the grounds an , really took pride in his work before leaving for the day , he went around the pool and double check if all looked in tip top condition,, Then in the morning it was niece to see that he greeted us with a friendly smile .

I booked this hotel as it was free parking and we wanted an overnight stay in Miami, the hotel photos looked good so we decided to go for it. Upon arriving we were shocked to find it was definitely more like a motel and not what we expected really. I mean the pool area was nicely done and the pool itself was good, probably the best thing really. Our room was very small and not the cleanest. The bathroom had black hairs on the tiled floor and in the shower area and it was very basic and in need of a refurb. The air con in the room was extremely noisy and the main road was very noisy especially if you value your sleep. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and polite but this place just wasn’t for us.

OK people giving this place bad reviews... we know you didn't choose this place thinking it would be the 4 seasons. You picked a cheap place. This was a delightful hotel in a great location with a cool park nearby with great playground and easy walk to the beach. There was a trolley stop essentially right at the hotel and the rooms were quite clean with a great pool. The staff was super nice and even let us leave our luggage there after we checked out but before our afternoon flight. I have stayed at a lot of places at this price point and this was the cleanest, best location, best pool. Oh! "A Florida hotel room smelled musty because they (very kindly) left the air conditioner on." Yea, No poop Sherlock. I have stayed at quite expensive places that smelled musty in Florida. It is a physical reality. Open a window for a bit and run just the fan and Viola! There was zero mold, zero grossness despite a price point that I would have put up with some. The reason I am salty is because I almost didn't stay at this little gem because of the bad reviews and that would have been my loss. This was the better and cheaper of the hotels I stayed at bookending my cruise. If you are coming from somewhere that hotels cost $60 a night in BFE Kansas and expect this place to be magical because it is twice as much you are crazy. This is in MIAMI BEACH and is 1/2 the average price. Would and will stay again.

This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected and literally steps away from beach access. Pool was clean and they provide you with beach chairs and umbrella! What more could you ask for.

It depends on what you're looking for as to whether this will work for you. Pros: it's affordable, clean, close to a beautiful beach, free parking, and they offer beach chairs and umbrellas. It had a fridge and coffee maker. The staff we interacted with with really nice. We didn't use the pool area but it looked nice and well maintained. There's a trolley stop just out across the street. Cons: these are my experiences for my room which was a standard double. The room was clean but run down. The first thing we noticed was the smell, most likely from a leaky AC, evidenced by the giant stain on the carpet. We kept the door open while there which did dissipate it but the smell stuck in my clothes and the blanket I brought with me. There was a giant, at least half inch gap, beneath the front door. Given we were in Florida on the ground floor and the doors opened to the outside, this was concerning. The toilet was running (hubby fixed) and the shower pull was stuck on the tub faucet (fixed that too) but the water pressure was really low. The TV turned on but was set on hdmi input and the remote didn't match the TV so we couldn't change to cable. Walls were thin enough to hear the neighbor snore. The beds were very firm. If the mattresses were pillow top then it's a thin pillow. Hubby didn't mind. The bedding was super thin. Luckily I brought my own blanket and pillows so I used theirs for extra cushion under me. It is noisy from traffic but that didn't bother me as much as loud crowds late at night of which there were none due to it being away from bars and restaurants. I outlined it all so you can judge for yourself what's important to you. We didn't complain and made do. Overall we had a wonderful vacation otherwise and didn't let the minor issues dampen our experience. I rated it a 3 because we knew going it that it wasn't the ritz but I think there are a few things that really need attention.

Hi, lady at front desk when I checked in was rude. She wudnt honor the discount stated on website for last min check in. They did however allow early check in. That was the only perk!. The beach towels were thin narrow and almost useless. (I had to buy one). The ac stopped in middle of thr night-till I realized the outlet blew and needed to b reset. I got the evil eyes for asking for addtl handcloths. The rest of the staff was nice tho. There is no local grocery or cvs around to buy anything. Needed to instacart it. Location pretty quiet...although 4am I heard fireworks go off. At least hope that's what it was. And then here's the WORST PART my clothing and all my items stank for DAYSSS! Horrible mold smell in EVERYTHING!! nowonder my nose was stuffed and I got a crazy headache. Even my knapsack smelled. My leather jacket had to send to cleaners and every last hair clip had that smell!!!! Ugh so bad. Stench only went away w thorough washing. As they say...u get what u pay for and yet was still hoping for something better lol. Tried it bt would never go back. Sorry.

The hotel is quiet and clean and the staff is nice and helpful. It's right across from a lovely public park and less than 5 minutes to the beach and trails. There is a sunny clean pool with lounge chairs, kitchenette and free parking. Great, affordable place to stay in a great area.

Excellent accueil a l’arrivée, gens serviables. Chambre de grandeur moyenne très propre. Tout le nécessaire est la, cafetière, mini frigo. Il y a une belle piscine avec des chaises, eau non chauffée mais l’endroit est invitant. Le seul petit défaut est que l’hôtel est a l’écart, il n’y a aucun restaurant a distance de marche
