A high-end, warm and comfortable hotel with very good service and rich breakfast. This is my second stay. Very satisfied.

The room condition is great and breakfast is also very nice, simple but tasty. The direct beach access was also very good for kids playing and swimming. The frontdesk lady was not very kind but other people were very nice. Overall expensive but worth staying.

This hotel was perfect for our short week in Miami Beach. It was quiet and relaxing with great staff and all the conveniences.

Gentleman running their phones is beyond rude and condescending. Rooms smell like cigarettes. Try and sell you upgrades and charge you for them whether you take them or not. Will not be returning.

Great location and hotel. Beds were Full Size in the standard double room which was unexpected. Can’t beat the beauty. Outdoor Bar area looked ideal to hang out in but the furniture arrangement only allowed for maybe 10 different groups. So never an opportunity. Worth the trip and nice place to stay.

By far the best features of the hotel is the outdoor areas. They were beautiful and well landscaped. The bar and outdoor lounge were great. The room was clean and was a decent size. Shower room is a little tight but I liked the toilet had a separated room. For a family of 4 a double bed is on the small size for 2 adults so we will book a king bed next year. Overall the hotel was great and will stay again. Thank you

Overall pretty good. I recommend taking the stairs, we got stuck on the elevator and talked to several others with the same issue… good luck speaking with a manager. I tried for 3 days to get in contact with one. You will just be on hold for 30 minutes then get disconnected.

Nice and quiet hotel with beach access. Great food and bar service. Great option for Miami Beach.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful in all areas. Beautiful beach and pool area. We will return for another relaxing stay at The Palms Hotel!

Loved our stay! Beach was beautiful and right across from hotel. We used the pool also. Towels were available and lounge chairs were available at both. Took an early morning walk down the boardwalk, it was beautiful. A mall, Starbucks, restaurants clubs, all within walking distance. Service was great, hotel was clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again!

It was my second time staying at the palms. The staff is always professional and great. The resort itself is beautiful. Will stay again.

Elevator was a huge problem. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and the amenities. Restaurant and cafes had good food options and were very good. Last day saw a cockroach in the room.
