Wonderful staff! Thank you to Boris, Paulo, Eric, Eugene, and Irene. Such great service! Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms- but my favorite thing was the exceptional hospitality. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. Paulo gave us great restaurant recommendations. Thank you Boris for your morning updates and Eric for great service at the bar.

The suite was spacious. The entire staff was accommodating and helpful with any our of needs. We had breakfast at Jaya every morning which was an excellent way to start our day. The food was impeccable. Afternoons were spent by the pool sun-bathing. We cannot wait to go back!

Very nice experience with attentive staff without being intrusive. The 3 swimming pools with increasing temperatures are really cool. The breakfast is made up of excellent quality fresh products. The rooms are very clean and quite large 3 downsides: Structural: The impossibility of opening the windows even a little and electric roller shutters which open or close everything and only everything. Really weird and disapointing. The obligation to cross the restaurant to go to the swimming pool. Not cool. Circumstantial: A broken elevator leading to a sometimes long wait . However, I was amazed by the quality of the staff in the restaurant, the floor, the valet parking and the swimming pools. Thanks to them.

From the moment you enter through the front doors, a 5 star experience commences. We did not leave the property during our 4 day holiday - Having experienced most of the excellent restaurants and other top tier hotels in South Beach - The Setai offers the best. What did we enjoy and appreciate? see the list below: - Pools are the best in South Beach - All staff! Doorman, restaurant servers, chefs, room service, maid service, bar, pool, gym +++ I'm sure I've overlooked someone - sorry!
