Me and my family were to fly into Miami and stay at Greeview Hotel.Two night before we were to get on our cruise 12 of Feb. But on January 15 -24, My father was in a horrific car accident and now he is paralyzed from the hips down,so when I called to cancel my hotel , and sent all the documents they wanted, they were not going to refund me for a medical emergency.

Great location for the money, but sub-par and not as nice as the pictures may look.

The room is very small, and it is quite noisy at night. It can only be said that it is relatively close to the exhibition hall, the only advantage

Good location but we didn't have any cleaning days

The room was clean and served its purpose. The lights in a few of my group’s rooms randomly turned on and off through the day and night. Checkin/checkout was automated, which was nice, but we never received the checkin text we were supposed to get within 24 hours before checkin. Underwhelmed by the exit text indicating we were responsible for cleaning any dishes used and placing the trash bag besides the front door. Location was incredible! Fine for the price, probably better options available though.

Room was nice. However, a few issues we ran into. We signed in and went to room. Went to use code on pressure buttons did not work. Went back to front desk. No one there. Looks like front desk is not manned at all times but we had no idea, and I eventually noticed a 24/7 number. I called that and the lady was great and extreme help. Room toilet broke at about 2am and we had to try and fix. Luckily we were able to fix ourselves as the bathroom was very much needed at the time.

The property worked great for us. It was nice being code based instead of key based. Thanks for a great stay!

Love the artsy atmosphere, the room was cute and tidy, vicinity to shopping, food and beach was great. The distance from the hotel to park was inconvenient. Asked to empty the trash before check out, which was strange, but then the receptacles where you should empty the trash were not there. Also asked to wash any items used in the kitchenette, however no dish soap was given, and you had to use the worlds smallest bathroom sink to do it.

I enjoyed my stay here, the property was tucked away but still very close to the beach. Not sure how long the construction was in the parking lot, but it was noticeably run down. Even the homeless people seemed pretty comfortable laying around this property, nothing happened though. The property was fine, clean and adequate for the stay since most of the time was spent at the beach. Walls are super thin, so just know that if you plan on staying here, but overall I'd stay here again.

What a cool and unique find! Small boutique-y hotel ticket away in South Beach. Our room was tiny to the point of being totally awesome! And super clean and efficient, Front desk staff were very helpful. Short walk to A1A and the South Beach vibe and shopping on Collins and Lincoln. Check out Bella Cuba right next door for good food and service.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean, renovated room, hot shower, easy accessible, all I needed for one night, thank you!

The room smell like mold and the sir conditioner was so moldy that we couldn't use it. Terrible hotel room
