Shepley South Beach Hotel Reviews

The hotel was bit smaller than expected but all staff were very friendly and helpful. So our stay was pleasant and location was perfect as easy access to beach as well as great restaurants and shops.

Booked a second night in the hotel room on the same day via trip.com because it was cheaper that way than paying at the property! However, I will stay again, it s comfy and cosy room with great bed and nice staff. Unfortunately there is no breakfast due to Covid however there is a station for coffees, teas and water.

Renovated and charming hotel. Comfortable rooms and renovated bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Beach towels and umbrellas available for complimentary loan. The only problem is breakfast, since it does not have a specific area to enjoy it and many people gather at the same times. For the rest, a great choice in Miami Beach. Well connected by bus to downtown and the airport. Second line of the beach.

Original pictures in ******* showed a pool but no pool. Limited dining in the area. Rooms are very small and have a strange odor. Breakfast was sub-par.

Everything from the staff to the breakfast options, convenience to dining and leisure activities was fantastic. The rooms are a little tight, but the convenience factor trumps the small rooms

Delightful stay, felt very welcome and friendly staff, clean rooms, crisp linen and self serve continental style breakfast. Fantastic location and free use of beach towels and beach chairs. We had a great stay.

Our tub was VERY dirty,we asked them to clean it, and they did, even though Gus the man in charge said he was not sure that we did not do it. It was offensive. After it we asked them not to clean the room the next day. Breakfast was good,

Great old 1930s hotel within a 4 minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of all of the south beach action. Very friendly staff. Small rooms and breakfast was basic but would stay again.

Liked: Friendly staff; nice room; good breakfast; great location. Disliked: Noise from room above during the night; lack of parking.

Hotel is well located in South Beach. Staff is very respectful and knowledgeable. Room and common areas are always clean and organized. Kitchens and dining area is small but you get a decent breakfast to start your day. I left my IPhone behind's at the hotel porch and they found it and keep it in a safe place until a got back to the hotel. Definitely would stay again at The Shepley.

Well located hotel, great breakfast. Aircon a little noisy and the room was smaller than we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful and beds were very comfortable. There was paid parking nearby although it was very expensive at $30 a day.

If you're going to stay in South Beach, the Shepley Hotel is the spot. It's family friendly and the staff are super helpful. The breakfast is meh and they'll run out if you get there late, but you can find numerous breakfast options nearby.
