Comfortable hotel. Good value though they gave us a room with a crappy view or no view at all. Location in mid beach is a disadvantage.

It's a very bad experience, and I will never choose this hotel again.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Close to popular spots in the town.

It doesn't offer anything other than a clean room with a good bed. But without any charm. There is no room service. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool. Location ok. Valet parking very expensive. 44 dollars. No justification for that. Anyway. Not worth it.

I recommend an above average hotel in Miami South Beach

Not recommended, bad service and power outages. Special emphasis on sea view rooms do not necessarily have a balcony! Cost-effective as shown It was temporarily changed at 4 o'clock that day to check in. The funny thing is that everyone has to check out at 11 o'clock, so many hours to build several rooms.

I loved the easy access to the beach. I wish the bar around the pool was larger and I wish there was music playing (like the Holiday Inn next door).

Lenka, at front desk, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Access to the beach is great. Having an umbrella and chairs included in the room is a great perk. The valet staff were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.

Traveled with my 2 daughters for spring break! Felt safe everything was convenient the beach is right there & it was nice you get beach chairs & an umbrella for free there is also a CVS down the road we rented bikes to ride down the boardwalk! Very clean the hotel is old but remodeler ,staff was friendly easy check in & out! The only thing is the food & cocktails were expensive for what you got & just ok but I would visit again!

Beautiful big pool and so nice to be able to enjoy the beach as well . EXCELLENT lunch at the outside grill.

Not much to like, property needs to be knocked down and rebuilt - not typical of a Radisson brand. The constant scent via the HVAC lobby of hotel is too much.

Excellent location! Check in / check out was ok. The room needed some attention: we found 3 red sticky dots on the floors, white paint peeling off from bathroom door, those rugs NEED TO GO! Those look old and dirty (disgusting!). Food was not good! We tried the food at the pool bar and we had breakfast at the restaurant.... Not good. Won't do it again. The location is what makes this hotel special and for that sole reason, I would book at the Fointainblue in the future (yes, next door). We paid over $700/night and expected the room to be in much better conditions. Spend a little more and the Fointainblue it is!

The location on the beach was great. 2 chairs, umbrella, and towels were included which was nice since they charge a daily resort fee.The king room was a good size and clean.The balcony view is pretty but it is not a private balcony. It has open railings all next to each other, so when people are out there smoking, it goes directly on your side because there is no wall separating balconies.The hotel next door turns into a club at night with loud blaring music played very late and can be heard through hotel as it is not sound proof. Even earplugs won't help.The bar by the pool is nice and has convenient food options for lunch with friendly staff working it.I do wish there was a wrist band given to open the gate to beach instead of having to use a room card.That would be a good modern upgrade as most resorts already do that. Overall it was a pleasant 4 day stay because it was right on the beach, and that's really why I chose this location.

I had a terrible experience. I was eligible for an upgrade, which did not happen. It’s fine, it can happen next time. But the room they did put us in everything was broken…bathroom door knob? Fell off. Handle for the hot water in the sink? Twisted both ways, came off and impossible to shut off the water (cold handle did none of what I listed). The view? A construction site that was very loud. Talk anbout ann upgrade…more like put me in the room that is the worst on the property. Overall, a bad experience.
