Hotel location was amazing, Cocktails and food was decent. Some days the waiters around the pool were more talking amongst them selfs rather then looking after guests with orders and servicing around the pool. Rooms were comfy and had a lot of choice with mini bar. one thing that should be added when checking in is all the taxes which isn’t included around 75$ extra a night.

Good location, very bad service attitude, the room lights kept flickering and I couldn't change rooms, the mineral water was opened, and the front desk attitude was extremely bad

The staffs are sweet, friendly and there’s many of them. Hahah 🤍 🔺 there’s 2 pools which has AMAZING VIEW to the beach on the rooftop pool🥰 🔺The access to the barrier-free facilities room is also very convenient, and the room is very spacious 🔺 Excellent location on the busiest street👍🏻 🔺Bicycles are available for rent 🔻 Because it is close to the street, the noise of rooms facing the road may be slightly louder on weekends (but the scenery is really beautiful🥰)

Advantages: It was just renovated during the epidemic, the rooms are new, the design style is simple, bright and modern while maintaining the Art Deco style, and it is very eye-catching; there are two swimming pools, one on the ground and one on the roof, which is relatively rare in south beach. The rooms are large, which is unusual for historical buildings close to the beach. Disadvantages: The designer did not pay much attention to the comfort of the room. There is a serious lack of storage space such as cabinets, shelves, and drawers in the bedroom and bathroom, making it awkward to live in. The rooms are not well maintained. The front desk staff is unskilled and has a bad temper, which is out of character for everyone in the Hilton Group.

Noticed that there was an additional resort tax of $60 per night for one night. The room smells like paint.

The Gabriel Hotel, located at the southern end of South Beach. The hotel provides free bicycles for riding on the beach. The room was quite crisp and clean. The disadvantage is that in addition to the room fee paid by Ctrip, the deposit is 100 U.S. dollars at the store. After checking out, it is 100 U.S. dollars. What resort fee + tax, state tax + city tax + county tax are deducted, there are a lot of miscellaneous expenses.

The location is not far from the beach. Although the hotel service is slow, this is the norm in the United States, and it is generally quite satisfactory. With the hotel room card, you can go to the public beach to get two deck chairs for free, but umbrellas are not included. Remember to ask the hotel for bath towels. The free bicycles are not bad, you can ride around. However, the swimming pool in the hotel's introduction picture seems to be able to see the sea, but it is actually completely inside the hotel, and you can't see a little bit of the sea.

Stayed at the Gabriel for two days. Ryan upgraded me to a very cute ocean view room - thank you so very much. Melissa at the front desk was very sweet at check in. The room was clean and spacious, with lots of little goodies for purchase. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for a great night sleep. I had an early dinner at the bar area. The burrata salad and octopus were super delicious and to end the meal I had the most delicious tiramisu. Sarah was helping out, even though she was not my server she was super attentive and kind of - ask for her when you are there. On my departure day I had a great tasting eggs florentine meats salmon Benedict - loved the crispy potatoes with the dish. Thank you so much to all that assisted to make this stay wonderful!

The Gabriel South Beach is a boutique hotel in South Beach. Thank you to Tanesha for being accommodating when we checked in early. She ensured we were taken care of. We hung out at the pool on the rooftop. I love they have social hour with wine. Plus the hotel gives you two beach chairs at the beach. The rooms are beautiful. I highly recommend you to stay at this hotel. They have several restaurants and room service. Plus give you a free hour to ride on the bikes that at the hotel.

The pros: location, location, location! Staff, staff, staff! Yes, the location was awesome right across the street from the beach. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful, polite. There is a massive beautiful bar in the lobby. A restaurant in front. The hotel is clean and easy to navigate Cons: The front desk staff didn't know how the bicycles worked, so they had me download an app, but the app wanted my credit card. So I just passed on that. Con: the room. The room only had two working outlets. Both were full with the hotels needs... 1.mini fridge and coffee maker 2. Bedside light and phone. So I had to unplug my light and room phone to charge my phone and headphones. Plus, that plug was behind the bed, and that made it difficult to have any access to my devices while charging. This is the weird part... there was no chair, no desk, no table, no dresser in the room.just a bed. Everything had to be on the bed or on the floor. I had to do my paperwork on the bed. The one small table had a massive tray on it full of booze for purchase. The mini fridge was full of drinks for purchase. Also, weird was the closet. It was less than 18" wide at the entrance, and the safe was on the floor. I'm the size of a kid so I could squeeze myself in and crouch, but the average person wouldn't be able to get their shoulders through. At 5 a.m., they started pressure washing in the alley outside my window. The insanely loud compressor turning on and off was pretty disturbing. Again, a beautiful hotel. Great staff. Amazing location. But beware the room you get.

Recently stayed at The Gabriel Miami South Beach with the family, and I must say it was a great stay. The staff was very helpful each time I had to ask them question. Each one of them provided me with great customer service! For our rooms, we had a king suite with terrace that over looked Ocean Drive, and queen suite with terrace that over looked the pool. Both rooms were good, but if you like to people watch the activity on Ocean drive, I would go with the king suite. The noise from the street wasn't bad, but the restaurant in the hotel started to play music at 7:30 AM which is disturbing if you aren't a early riser. The one grip that we had was that we weren't able to adjust the room temperature. I wasn't able to change the setting from 62 so I had to turn off the AC and turn it back on to control the room temperature. If you are going to eat at one of the restaurants in the hotel, I would suggest the Alma Cubana. The food was excellent! The other restaurants were okay, but I would even go the restaurant on the corner (Ocean 7 Cafe) before going to them. The hotel is in a great location, on the south end of Ocean Drive so you can walk North to get to other things that you would want to do. Overall we had a great stay, and we will definitely plan on staying at the hotel again!
